I don’t even know what mogged means but I think I used it in the right context here.

Is it me or does it seem like the wide lens has a loud focus motor. There is a noise every time it focuses.

I’m glad you reviewed that leg extension/curl attachment, seems like every company came out with their own version and I couldn’t tell how useful it’d be. I saw one guy add bands to it for extra tension at the bottom…you should give that try and let us know how it works!

Funny, I recently bought an extra long tricep rope from Bells of Steel for doing abs and facepulls

You should try putting the seal row pad on the cable tower for chest supported rows and let us know how it works.

Attach the leg extension/curl to the cable machine and see if you can wrap the cable to the plate holder of the leg extension/curl to get consistent resistance

BOS is a great Canadian company that is innovative and providing great products at a fair price. I used lots of their gear and they update them to address deficiencies. I have their arch nemesis bar, a versatile Swiss bar at a fraction of the price compared to others

Though I have a preference for Rogue & Kabuki, I was very thankful to get my hands on some Bells of Steel equipment during the start of the pandemic: got their Strongman Yoke fitted with sandwich J-cups & spotter arms. It was pretty much the only rack-like apparatus that that was available and quality was not the greatest. But it definitely got me into the home gym scene.

Alan gave a very honest review here, I can vouch as a owner of a bunch of bos equipment the standard stuff is all soild as a rock. Attachments that are meant to replace machines are always hit and miss just how it is. Edit: cost vs quality from bos is very hard to beat at least in Canada

Have you tried their belt squat machine? What do you think of it? Do you prefer lever systems or something that places the resistance below your feet like a rogue rhino? I’m stuck between which type to get.

I wish i had the space for everything i want from BOS. I got the short residential power rack, because of the short ceilings in my house. If i ever can convince the wife to let me use the other half of the garage, i'll be upgrading to a full hydra rack.

I want to try conjugate but have a few questions (im not a powerlifter but i want to get strong on OHP and weighted pull ups). Can i use the variations i maxed out on 4 weeks later for volume work? My plan is as follows: *i have 4-5 OHP and weighted pull ups variations 4-5 weeks of weighted pull ups variations MAX effort and volume work on the (same) OHP variations 4-5 weeks of OHP variations MAX effort and volume work on the (same) weighted pull up variations I dont have many variations for the exercises so i have to use them again for volume work. Is this going to work?

I'm grateful for this video because it saved me the $400 I was thinking of spending on the leg extension attachment. Actually watching someone put all the 45 pound plates that will fit on it and then rep it with one leg should have BOS working on the 2.0 version immediately. To me it looks like the problem is that the weight post is so close to the top that the leverage is way too much in the lifter's favor.

Super cool, only thing I would say is that I have no idea where BOS gets off saying this was cheaper than the last one. Maybe for the rack alone? But they sent 2 selectorized cable towers that are 1000 for one and 2000 for the lat pulldown! I have nothing against you for relaying their message and I love that they set you up with some awesome equipment, but saying this is in any way cheaper without specifying (rack only) or something is disingenuous of them. Love their stuff though and I guess that's just sales for ya -.-
