Join the concrete crew as we set up and pour a pretty unique colored and stamped patio. This one is turning out pretty awesome for some really great customers. Enjoy
Every company needs a Ray. He's caring, quiet and funny. He may take a little longer catching on but he's reliable and willing to learn. His easygoing personality makes up for any shortcomings. Everybody loves BigRay.
I love how excited Ryan get's for the guys side work, with Jr going out on his own and Eric getting his business up and running. The world seriously needs more Ryan Tomich's.
I just LOVE Jade. What a sweet dog she is. Always so happy. Bugs did a super job raising her. I figured as the pup in her aged, she'd stop jumpin up so much, normal dog behaviour. She brightens the vids.
That thing about unnecessarily cutting the long 2x4 for form by Junior is exactly why it is really smart of you to encourage side work by your employees, it is very evident that Eric is much more aware of what everything really costs in this business and not only at his side work sites, but back at Victory jobs now for sure.
In the 80's I had the entire back of my 1966 VW beetle as a sealed speaker box. It was an isobaric box with four 18" dual wound Rockford Fosgate subs. I had 2000 watt Cerwin Vega amp bridged to 4 ohms pushing just the subs. I had a 1000 watt amp pushing mids and highs It had a twelve band active crossover with the tweeters, mids and subs all tuned to different db ranges. It used a Pioneer radio and a EQ. This thing was clean at 1200 rms with .02 thd distortion. It would flex the windows on the car when thumping and literally rolled the drivers and passengers widows down. My home system was a 3000 watt Onkio Intergra with Bose 801 18" speakers! Yes I was an audiophile!
Definitely one of my favorite episodes to date. Everyone was attentive and the results on the concrete were amazing. Ryan was on Cloud 9 because he knew he did his thaaaaang when buying those stamps and his work is looking more impressive than ever. It was a great pour.
Bugs used to be a real big tough guy in his younger years so I'm not surprised most of it is still with him in his older years!!! He is a great worker too
I love the fact you want to help better all of your guys and leave a legacy that will last forever. Eric, Ryan JR, and Francisco in my opinion will all have successful running businesses such as yours in the next few years. Eric and Ryan JR are so professional and present themselves so well. Good for you Ryan on being a great father/boss, you are the real McCoy.
Ryan , thank you for continuing to be an example we can all appreciate. You motivate me to be a better man , a better father and a more all around human being . You are truly doing God’s work Victory style 🙏 While making it look Ea$yyyyyy!
A good boss is one that supports his own doing more then just working for him. Good to see you compliment your employees and your son for doing extra work going above and beyond just making a paycheck. They work hard for you and themselves you got a good team of guys
Ray doesn't NOT do anything when he's with Jr...because Jr. has TIME to teach him other things. I know you're joking, but you're extremely lucky to have Ray. Once he's up to speed he'll be goated 😂😂
Wow this is genuinely one of the most impressive jobs you guys have done that I have seen! Great color, stamps, texture, and design. Fantastic team and execution
It’s so great to hear you give your guys that positive reinforcement. I get when they mess up, you let them know. But letting people know when their doing a good job does a lot in any work place. Your awesome 👍👍👍
18:49 😂 not the chancla!!! I met my best friend in 1st grade, we are 35 now. Needless to say growing up him and I got his mom and abuelitas chanclas many times 😂 I feared the chancla more than my dads belt 😂
I’ve been watching the channel for about a year now. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. Ryan. Sir you are a stand up guy. The way you treat your crew is awesome. I must say though. I’m a 40 year old Mexican. I’ve never looked over my shoulder until you said “la chancla” that brought back so many memories of my childhood.
I like the shout out for Eric at the end, it must be pretty rewarding seeing him grow, has a great mentor to show him the way. Cheers to the team!, Keep up the good work!
🇨🇦 👋 Good day VCrew! 😳 Man - that patio is looking GREAT! We see the inside next? As always, thank you for taking us along. The chuckles and laughter makes me smile!
The best part out of this all is watching not raise just his own kids, but also take grown men and still help them grow. It amazing just watch Eric go from the little quiet kid when they first started to doing side jobs and looks who helping along the way Ryan. So if anyone was to talk bad about that man your just hating!
Love the vids. Its super nice seeing Ryan helping everybody out when needed. There are not many bosses out there like that. Letting the crew grow and prosper as you do. Love it
At first we you throwing the color on the wet concrete I was like this isn’t gonna turn out good and man was I wrong! This is guy is the best of the best! And then when Eric spoke Spanish to you 😂😂😂😂😂
Lol! Couldn’t stop laughing when Ryan told Erik that he was gonna get sandal (chancla 18:53)! I like your Spanish Ryan 😅. I love this crew ! They make your day.
I lived in MN first 26 years of my life. New Texan, and I pave roads. It ain’t hot, I’ll tell you. So thankful I found your channel, I did residential concrete at 18-19 years old.
All you guys are great nice to see. The funny slowmo with Ray spraying down the buggy and shoot is funny man all I can think of is big rays car wash and he's got peeps lined up. Lol
I dont do any concrete work or any trade work like that Im a supervisor for a dominos franchise, but my uncle had a concrete business and had done well for himself. I just cant stop binge watching these videos they are so cool and you have a great crew!
I've always watched your videos they just intrigued me and caught my attention I've been building homes for 9 years and now I just started the concrete work and absolutely tearing it up and making it a art! Now I'm finally doing it ❤ love from the 🇨🇦 🍁 native American thank you.
@@6.0Lover420I think he's talking about Sr. He is much b3tter mood this season without a certain couple people on the crew. Way less stress. He doesn't have to yell and get people to work 24/7. People aren't running buckets into his truck or dropping salters 20 times and lying. People are holding themselves accountable this year. Ryan seems to be doing much better mentally
They definitely have a really good crew something that is pretty hard to get in the trades and a lot of it is because Ryan is a great leader and boss he leads by example
No, many older men and women either don't want to mess with it or they don't want their info out there, what does femininity have to do with anything? Or is this just a sly way to interject a "toxic masculinity" reference?@@ih8chz
Job looks great guys! It almost has a marble affect Can't wait to see it finished. Sending l♡ve to Annie. Glad she's feeling better Stay safe and strong Nbtbtyay
Something that's always had me curious from your past videos, maybe you can answer Ryan? I constantly see you asking homeowners, "Do you know if there are lines or anything back here?" Do you not have a call line in your state/county where you are to request underground marking? Where we are you simply "call before you dig" and all the utilities show up and mark every water, power, phone, fibre, and gas line on the property where the work is going to take place. No charge to the owner or the contractor. Utility companies really prefer their stuff not getting dug up so they all foot the bill for it.
Great work guys. Patio is going to look amazing when it's finished. Ryan, you really should have Carlito or one of the guys spend a good hour pressure washing your New Holland track. I know it's a work machine, but all that dirt and grime is going to age that machine very quickly. You have the pressure washer and the workforce. You should make it a weekly chore. Show it some love and it will love back :).
He should have someone clean out his car DAILY from the trash he puts in the passenger side floor! Seriously…this so annoying! He expects everyone else to pick up everything from the site and yet, his car is always messy inside. I just don’t get it. No one else keeps their vehicle like that- that I’ve seen. And yet, he really gets after everyone and everyone if they leave a scratch on the car, get dirt on the outside of the car- they will have to wash it….and how about the other vehicles that are used for the company? They are painted on the outside but inside…I am surprised that at least one hasn’t broken down yet. The whole package matters, not just the exterior. The saying goes, “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.”. Luckily, clients don’t judge him at all. Also, if someone came at me and said, “Where’s my money?” I would consider that as rather rude. I know that he’s joking because I’ve seen enough video’s. However, if I was not a RU-vid person, that would bother me. I wish that he would come up with a catch phrase that more adult like, but also very funny. Ryan could have fans think of a cool one- make sure that they are good ones- not nasty ones, people😂. Give the winner a free Victory sweatshirt or something like that.
How come you bought a soda at the gas station when you had a case of soda sitting on the counter in your kitchen? Love your videos. Keep the hour long videos coming.
