That scratch on the slide cover plate is the equivalent of the 1911 "idiot mark" on those slides. Someone tried to disassemble that glock slide but had no idea how to do it correctly.
Finally something worth watching in my feed as I’m sitting here loading some 357 lol isn’t it about time to get some powder out deuce? 👍😎 me and my son found a few dead cedar trees, nothing like some homemade brew 12 ga
Site pushers are affordable for most of us today so there's little reason to use a brass punch and hammer anymore except in an instance where an adjustment is needed immediatley and a site pusher is not available
He was shooting right handed and sighting with his left eye. That was his dominant eye and strong side. DON'T let the sights fool you. I shoot right handed and sight with my left eye. Anymore I shoot right handed or left and sight with either eye. Try it before you judge someone. Just an old hillbillys opinion.
I agree. I see a judgement without looking into other issues. Could even be right eyed and right handed but their eyes see it differently, just like an old redneck who killed 1,000 deer told me - just because someone says something as precise as even a rifle scope is set dead on, the way each individual sees something even as precise as scope crosshairs can be different from person to person.
But, all of my other pistols are set dead center on the rear sight and I shoot them fine. Some are M&P hinged triggers, some are non Glock blade style safeties. I still had to drift my Glock rear sight far right on two different Glocks to even be close to hitting center. None of my other pistols are that way, just the Glock. It would make no sense in the process of elimination, that is was not the pistol and somehow my lack of skill when I shoot more than most people. Just saying. Now I will admit, it is possible that if it's a cop gun, like me they learned on double action revolvers so their finger position in relation to that dumb blade in the trigger could make shots pull left...but still, I find it odd my other brand blade triggers don't give me issues.
Before RU-vid took it down I used to have a video on how to shoot lead through a Glock. Basically you have to use a harder lead than normal and sometimes a light charge of faster than normal gunpowder is needed such as Bullseye or Accurate #2.
