This Could've Been Bad! The Clutch Spring Popped Off My 77 hour Case Tractor.

Less than a year old tractor! Warranty repair on the 2020 Case IH 75C. Nut backed off and wallowed the threads off the bolt that holds the clutch linkage and tension spring. Lost all ability to move. Rendered My Shuttle Shift Useless.

Not had that problem yet with 86 hrs but joy stick cable come loose at control valve tec said it was a occurring thing with 75C was a easy fix just come loose inside at collar. Be prepared.

I found a nut on the rubber mat one day and couldn't figure out where ti came from. Weeks later the exact same thing happened to me on the side of the road. I made a longer bolt with a jam nut so it won't comme appart on me again, EVER!

I have the same tractor exactly. Same clutch linkage issue.

Have you had any luck with the linkage yet? After the tech came out and messed with the linkage from underneath I have not had the problem again. I think whatever he did helped. I am also no longer engaging my PTO at such a high rpm. My font are crossed that it doesn’t happen again and that you have good luck with yours as well. I love the tractor other than that. How about you?

@@TheLovelyPlace I absolutely love the tractor I think that part is just put together poorly. I've had great luck with everything else. I have beat juice in the rear tires because i'm up north. I am going to widen the stance however. It's a bit tippy hauling heavy loads in the bucket. Or side hills keep up the content.!

The spring is held by clutch pressure. When the nut fell off the clutch lost pressure therefor spring fell out. Put a nylon nut on clutch are to hold clutch cable in place and spring won’t come off again. Mine just that that also but made it to 330hrs. Loosen up the hose mounts on mower side hoses back towards mower to take up slack. FYI he put the spring wrong should be turned 180*. Spring hook should go the top side on the mount on floor, top hook should be on left hand side of clutch arm. No need for no spring stock spring is just fine. Any questions just ask.

Àt 350 Jr's serpentine belt broke while raking hay. Same time clutch cable broke.

Like you my 75c has issues now I'm thinking my front-end loader is lifting slow empty bucket how about yours

I am currently dealing with a no crank, no start intermittent issue. Doing my best to try and figure this out. Videos coming soon. As for my loader, knock on wood, so far no issues there. Man we just need this expensive tractor to work. I have only 212 hours on mine.

Are you referring to that spring that holds the linkage? If so, I don't know the part number either. I just told them the problem and they looked it up in their parts schematic. I'm sorry. not much help. Best of luck.

Sounds and looks like to me case is a crap tractor! You’ve had nothing but problems and I bet those repair guys would wish you’d go somewhere till they were done your aggravating as crap while someone is trying to work!
