Gohan is supposed to be 5' 10" and base/ssj Broly is 6' 8". Broly is supposedly 9' 10" at his full power. It does look like they got proportions a little off in the game, but I'm guessing they had to or Broly would be even more overpowered cuz he'd have double the reach of everyone.
