The architecture design is outstanding, showcasing innovative and aesthetically pleasing elements. It's one of the best designs if Vastu compliance is not a concern. However, if Vastu principles are important, there are significant issues, such as the kitchen being in the North-East, which is traditionally unfavorable. Consulting a Vastu expert may be beneficial for adjustments.

One of the best designs & space planing for such a small size plot. Providing a servant room, pooja room, Storage rooms (multiple), Lift & three car garage in a 1400 Sq Ft. plot with 4x large bedrooms is a feat in itself. Kudos to the Architect & the client as well for asking for all these essential features. That too with automation as well. Very impressive indeed....

Anyone asking here for cost, it would easily be starting Rs 3000 to Rs 4000 per sqft of built up area. Rates may differ or go up if you want ultra lavish interiors. But generally these are the rates. Considering Rs 4000/sqft X 4700 sqft = 1.88 Crore (approx) + some additional 10 -15 lakhs in Others Category. Generally per sqft construction cost between 1500-1700/sqft and interior starts at Rs 1000+/sqft based on what costumer want. PS: Above cost is on the high end side.

@@GopalSoni1327Kisne bola hai fir esa banwane ko😅, normal house tier 2 city me bhi 2500/sqft Tak chala jata hai that too without interiors 😂😂. Road pr rehle Bhai tu agar tere bas ka nhi hai Ghar banwana toh. Flat ka rate with 1200sqft in any city like Gurgaon ya Pune kamsekm bhi 60 lakh hai for 3bhk, Rs 4166/sqft hua😅😅 that too without interiors😂.

Good to see that I can build this much in just 1400 ft². As a civil engineer I really think the space isn't big enough to accommodate these many features in a house. Sure it got multiple floors but it opened my eyes to know the real difference between an architect who makes a plan and a civil engineer who does that. A 'good' Architect knows how to utilize space well which can be shown here. I have seen so many houses built in 2000 to 3000 ft² but they didn't the same luxury despite costing almost the same less interior design. I was looking for a plot of minimum 3000 ft² to build a dream house but it opened my eyes even 1500 ft² is enough and I don't have to go broke trying to afford 3000 ft² land just to buy my dream house. It's a good eye opener how even a small size plot can have such big living space.

Extremely well planned and designed. Just loved it. But it's extremely densely populated and the houses are very close to each other, plus the roads are also very narrow, very difficult for 2 cars to pass next to each other.Felt a little claustrophobic.
