I know. Part of the advantage, joy and privilege of owning a fancy dog breed is knowing that your animal has never suffered a day in its entire life. My Maltese has never even been kenneled. We have a mobile groomer so she doesn't have to spend the day away from home. For trips she stays with my daughter where she prefers it, as they let her sleep with them and own a menagerie of other pets. We live in the woods, and I have only pulled a few dead ticks off her, never alive or bloated. I pray Lolly got treatment before the disease before she developed liver damage from the Babeziosis which untreated is deadly. Not knowing the location of the salon I was planning to ask if I could have her, but I am glad she has new owners in Serbia. That is the best outcome for her as I think she would have to be quarantined to gain entry to the US. I was sick thinking of her going back to where she was so neglected. It is unthinkable.

She looks one hundred times better than when she came in. She is clean and you removed all those huge ticks from her little body. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking her to the vet to treat Tick Fever. 👍👍
You could see that animal relaxing as she went. She did realize they were helping her with each passing minute she had to feel more and more comfortable.
The ticks were enormous in size, I’ve never seen ticks that big. She was suffering in the most horrible way, being eaten by ticks and being sick and don’t have a voice to tell people. Bless your kind heart for helping her 🙏🏻 ❤
@@sharolrich5412 Yes they were ticks. They have legs and were moving inside the cup- later they showed them compared to a ruler. As WrongTurn-0 said, they were enormous in size. I've never seen ticks that big either. Of course they were full of blood. What else would they be full of? Vodka? That is what ticks do, they engorge themselves with a blood meal. They are disgusting. How could you possibly presume to know she meant burdocks when she said ticks?

This video had me in so many tears! Those were the biggest ticks I've ever seen and on such a little dog, no wonder she was sick! I haven’t heard a single bark and she was so frightened and must have been in pain with the matted hair, burdocks and ticks. Lovely little girl. Thank you for giving her so much love.❤❤

I've never actually cried while watching a dog grooming video! I've felt badly, heartbroken, even angry, but a grooming video has never brought me to tears until this video! Tears are just streaming down my face for this tiny, terrified, tortured (by ticks and burdocks) little pup! I am so sad to see this sweet little girl in such a state! And those ticks--they're *monsters*! Seeing how incredibly patient you all were with her...I am just speechless! (Literally! I'm just sitting here shaking my head and crying! 🥹) I am so very blessed to have been able to watch this video today, and seen your treatment of this beautiful dog! I've never seen anyone treat a dog as carefully, as patiently, and as compassionately as you did with her! God bless you for all you've done before, and what you did that day (and shown today)! OH MY GOODNESS! I am only about 10 minutes into this video and I cannot stop crying. Can I PLEASE pay to have this sweet little darling sent over to me in Australia and I she can be a part of our family? We will desperately look after her and she won’t be ‘just our dog,’ but instead, she will most definitely be, ‘our beautiful and very much loved member of our family.’ Therefore she will always be treated as such. She most definitely deserves to be spoilt rotten. Would absolutely LOVE to have her. I don't know what I admire you for more: your patience with her during the shampooring (it looks like this is her very first bath) or the grooming dealing with all those ticks and bursocks. @@PLS.54 She doesn’t have the financial means and she isn’t willing or able to attend to simple basic care such as removing the burdocks, bathing, brushing and removing tics. She could have VERY EASILY kept this dog in perfect condition with just a little effort. To her shame.
I believe if she didn't, then all the others that she can help, won't bring their dogs to b shaven and helped!! So while I understand and even want to side with u, I can't. It's more important for all the others to get help!!
@@jerig2820 I know here it works like children's services. Being in the profession of Dr, teacher, nurse, coach, etc., they are what's called a mandated reporter where they're required by law to report neglect, abuse, cruelty, etc. She either has to educate them on the proper care telling them what is required of them and ask if they are monetarily able and physically able to do so, but if not she has to tell them she's required to report them and they may surrender the dog (which would be best for that baby!)
I don’t believe the owners can be trained to take care of her properly. I don’t think they care about her at all. Please don’t give her back and yes notify authorities. These people should never own animals!

That was the worst case of neglecting-to-death I've seen other than starving. The pain that little Lola suffered for months is awful to consider. Thank you for saving her life twice over, from disease and from sedation combined with disease!

You are an absolute special angel. What you do for these dogs it’s above and beyond what most people would ever do. I’ve seen you say you’re going to give up I’m sure you’ve cried a lot but you’ve never given up. I’ve never seen you give up and you never will. I am sure that is what makes you amazing.

Bless you We have one similar with grey body She was fully matted The owner went to nursing home Family dump her in woods found out through chip check She was abused has cartiledge joint damage all four legs neck throat damage Bad matting Now we treat her good She sleep on bed get as much petting as we can She always wants more So horrible how she was treated but is safe now I accidently cut Honeybunny cutting out matts a couple of times I was so sorry but still had to keep at it That type hair very hard to maintain everything gets trapped in it but she did not ask to be born so its on us cause somebody has to Bless you I know how hard You and helper beautiful merciful souls may you get 7x back the compassion mercy and help you give

This beautiful little dog does not deserve to return to it’s owner. There are dog lovers who will be happy to take care of her. Thank you for helping this neglected dog. She was 95% better. As you said, the next visit is for final grooming. I trust she was given Tick medicine. And … I hope this innocent dog was not returned to the previous owner (who neglected the dog). 🐾❤️🐾
