Yesterday I thought I would treat myself to an early Christmas present by buying a new drive pedal. Upon entering my local music store which happens to be GuitarGuitar in Epsom Surrey UK, they had an Earthquaker Devices Palisades in the secondhand cabinet. I tried the EQD Palisades when it came out in about 2015 and I loved it, so as they are now discontinued, I decide to buy it.

The Palisades is something we said we would never do… an overdrive based on the legendary TS808! After loads of requests, we finally buckled.
