Oh no, it won’t and will never be Harpies themselves that you’ll have to worry about, it’ll just be Maxx C like always. Even with Feather Storm, if you ran a decent deck, you’ll probably still win in rank/casual. This situation was just a very unfortunate result of Konami allowing Maxx C in the Theme Chronicle event.
