@@Zack_410 it’s so much fun tho haha I think it might be even better if they made a new one. It’s an interesting aspect of nba that they don’t focus enough on anymore
The amount of nostalgia I felt seeing Troy not being able to figure out how to dunk was hilarious. I felt like it was me when I played this game at 9 years old and quit after trying like 5 times and it not working😂
Try every possible floor/air button combination in practice without the bumpers/triggers. Then do the same with the bumpers/triggers. Timing is everything so you gotta hold the last button you press for a little in the air
That fucking hilarious diving teleporting ball dunk got me wheezing so hard I'm literally crying 😂😭😂 and Troydan's reaction to it just elevated it into a whole new level of absurdity HAHAHAHA
There’s just something so beautiful about watching a grown man in 2021 screaming with pure joy from winning a dunk contest in a 2009 basketball video game.
He isn't lying this dunk contest was a pain in the ass. I quit every game once I made it to the second round. Scores was just bad and I couldn't finish the dunks.
I remember playing this and i just now realized after watching this video that i had to hold the tricks button to pull a dunk off😭😭 no wonder why i couldn’t dunk
My dad had this game at his house when I was a kid, I played the dunk contest from when I was 5 until I was 8 playing every other weekend to finally beat it. That shit is so hard.
NBA Live 09 was the first basketball game I got and my introduction to the sport. Used to play the dunk contest a lot, was sick in the practice arena and then it would never work in game except one time I managed to hit a front flip toss build up off the glass under the legs dunk by sheer luck. No clue how
