There is something about a 20” wheeler and a really simple electric set up that makes you free to just site see instead of messing with mechanical issues.
The more I watch reviews on this bike the more I’m thinking I could save 1000 bucks and just shift the gears myself it’s not that hard to shift the gears.
The scratching issue-I read online that they were using FED EX and I noticed my lite is coming by UPS. Great review. I have noticed suspension equals extra weight. I have a nice bike but it is too clunky for me to control with my dog running.
To address some of your criticisms access P10 and see the Throttle/Pedal Activation selection to 2 for both; P11 - Power Sensitivity set to 0 for max pwr delivered immediately; and P22 to set the Assistance Level to 1 so pwr speed isn’t limited in PAS 1&2.
22:15 RNG based off the description you have here likely means range rather than random number generator. It’s the same thing they have on cars when you need to get an estimate of how many miles do you have left before you run out of gas
Is it just me, or am I the only one that would never buy a bike from this company. You mentioned something about maintenance for the rear derailleur, but I'd be real hesitant about the longevity of that cvt slushbox
Did some research. Pinion gear box 20,000 shifts or up to 60,000 miles. Carbon belt will last 12,000 Miles. Much less maintenance then a chain that wears down and needs oil. Also i hate grease getting on my pants or leg when riding from the chain. Also the noise a chain makes compared to a belt is so nice, belt is so quiet. much more smoother. its a game charger.
FYI there is a cruise control for the throttle (hold the minus button) so you don’t have to worry about keeping the thumb throttle held over time if that is your concern.
