This Escape Works Great! White Belt Tips 

This Choke Escape Works Great! This is another way to look at the Wall Pin Escape taught in Gracie Jiu jitsu by using it as an Escape from a Two Hand Choke. There is another escape as well in the Gracie curriculum for this type of choke escape but I think The Wall Pin Escape works great in this scenario. There's a bit of an Action / Reaction going on in this move so it will take some drilling to make it yours. Tighten your neck, get a good base and action / reaction
