It's theoretically broken if you can push opponents to your team or split the fights(seperating key targets and making them close to your team and making the tanky heroes or heroes with saves go far away). Doing the whole is thing is just not easy and practical is the problem.

People are trying to argue that RRP is useful on some really corner case situations, 95% of the time its trash and worst than normal RP, picking it just reduces your changes of winning (literally, see dota2buff statistics), it will never be broken, unless it has like 30 seconds CD or stums for 7 seconds

you cant, its was in prev battlebass for TI, there are more terrains that you can not obtain because of that, only terrain you can get in shop is the one that cames out with MK arcana
