I think im going to try an Oracle and bb comp. As the bb is charging enemies, I'll continuously blast the bb in the back with Purifying Flames, allowing him to aoe slow the enemy without the need to be attacked.

Stop saying someone is better someone is worse. They are playing and trying with a few players that have never played before together as 5, some games will be amazing some games will be a bit worse. Just enjoy.
Team composition is important. Everyone played and communicated well this time, way less yelling and everyone knows what they're doing. No useless comms, proper straightforward gameplay, no dooming, no headless chickens. It's expected when you have experienced high ranked players and even a TI winner.
