There’s an anti inflammatory called Meloxicam and OH BOY that stuff gives you the most vivid dreams, especially if you take it right before bed. I had times where I couldn’t tell what had happened in a dream or what actually happened. It was WILD. I thank god I never had a nightmare on it. I heard those were horrific.

Matt was 100% right on the material of the blanket. I love my weighted blanket. It's cotton and actually breathes pretty well but the synthetic ones are too hot. Also woods feet being left on the table when he was "green screened out" 😂

If you get the mud water that is suppose to be used in the morning for energy it’s actually pretty good. It has a lot of mushrooms and roots to give you lots of energy and focus and I would say it works.

I’ve actually used the badger cream and other creams similar to it. I don’t know if it works or not but I do know that it smells quite nice Especially after a long hot bath. If anything else the smell is quite calming lol I guess some men just can’t handle the sweet scent of lavender

I have sleep apnea and use a mask(and the positive air pressure machine of course). It is actually heavenly because besides great sleep, you can also cover your head and you're all snug. The machines today are pretty whisper quiet too. A fan on low will be louder.

Okay, a panini can have veggies on it, but usually has meat and cheese on it too, sometimes sause as well. The difference between a grilled sandwich and a panini is that a panini is squished a lot and usually made with Italian bread that's not sliced. When I go to Panera Bread, I usually get a Panini that has beef, cheese, onions and some sort of sauce in it.

Valerian is usually well-tolerated. Some common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, headache, stomach upset, mental dullness, and vivid dreams. It might cause withdrawal symptoms when discontinued after long-term use. To avoid withdrawal symptoms after long-term use, it's best to reduce the dose slowly over a week or two before stopping completely. So Matt is right lol

I have sleep apnea, and Matt is totally correct. You need a machine that the mask connects to. Its suppose constantly blow air into you nose. Its weird at first, but ive gotten used to it and now i get a good nights sleep. Before i would fall asleep alot during the day. The basic thing being your airways close as you sleep, and as you try to breathe in you struggle. Itll get to the point that you stop breathing and your body goes into a panic and wakes you up enough to catch your breathe. You barely hit those Rem cycles your body needs to actually rest and recover. Hence the lack of energy throughout the day.

Very unfortunately I have narcolepsy and severe sleep apnea and let me just say it absolutely sucks. Like unbelievably awful. Thankfully I very recently got my bipap machine after waiting 6 months for it and I'm currently getting used to having to wear it every night

How concentrated was your valerian root, my dude?! It's a sedative, not hallucinogen. It literally comes in tablets to have a prolonged calming effect softer than hard stuff like valium and doesn't even work for first few days of taking it.
