Yeah, personally I'm not a big fan of carpet myself. There's a lot of carpet in Florida though. They also have a lot of LVP and tile; it just depends on price points and location and such. Thanks for watching
i've heard owning a house in FL is expensive & becoming more expensive. i don't see the longterm appeal due to hurricanes, tropical storms, & high home insurance. But that is just my opinion for people looking for a place to live longterm. find a place that is affordable for you & not so damaged prone (bc of hurricanes, tropical storms, etc)
