Touring 3 FL New Construction Homes from $240K - One with a pool! Leaving Miami for West Central FL

Three Nice Homes, the last one shown is Great , $369 K, with pool and birdcage. I like carpet in the Bedrooms as Rugs are expensive.

I like the home with the pool.The first I also do like.

I like the pool, particularly the covered pool. However, the backyard looks pathetic. For new construction, I would assume that they would put in a new lawn and better landscaping.

As long theirs no lakes around it s cool .

All of them are still over priced when you consider taxes, insurance, and interest rates.

If the home with the pool was at least 2000 sq ft. I would put an offer. Nice job touring the homes. ❤

If I buy and put it for rent how much rent I can collect for a month ?

Those citrus springs roads are comical.

All of these homes are overpriced, prior to covid these homes would cost 100k less. The last home shown for 360k is again overpriced for the area. And I guess I am old fashioned but if I were a realtor showing these homes on video I would be dressed in a shirt and tie to look more professional.
