Over priced. Not in good condition. South point school area is very congested. Neither you can go in nor you can come out during school hours. My daughter studied there for 12 years. I had difficulty getting in and coming out. No garage.

U R absolutely correct. I was a resident of Mandeville Garden and l know that due to South Point and Patha Bhaban , it becomes a nightmarish experience for the local residents during school hours.
Oh wow... I mean I've heard about that area getting heavily crowded and congested during school times, and has a noisy environment, but didn't know it was that bad.
