@@DBT1007True that’s the cool thing about fauna she turns survivability into offense. Getting Guardian Tree,whisper etc. along with healing abilities upgraded as much as possible is much better than focusing on weapons, you can always get weapons, but character abilities and specific healing passives don’t show up all that often, at least for me.
@@Psycorde The funniest part is that meme is pretty much official. Hololive sold a baseball cap with "Man I Love Fauna" on it. And once did a poll on fans about various things regarding the vtubers. One of the categories/questions happened to be "the one you would like to be your mother". Fauna won that one with a crushing majority.
Joke's on Asmon, he still needs to gachikoi every character, get every outfit, build his Holo House, and beat Gelora Bung Yagoo. Then wait for the remaining (now) 49 characters to be added, and all the subsequent stages that come with them
It has been a blast watching you play Holocure. Happy New Years too! Because of you I started playing it back then after your first vid. Took me 1,5 months to max all characters (+ beat all stages with every character) and get all achievements. It has been a very fun ride, I hope the creator adds new content, sadly haven't played it since I hit 455h on record (December 11th, 2023).
Does he eventually learn that collabs don't show up on the in-game list until he's completed the collab at least once before? He checks for collabs for both Cutting Board and X-Potato and bails on both because he doesn't see collabs for them. Cutting board collabs with Bounce Ball, EN Curse, and Holo Bomb. X-Potato collabs with Holo Bomb, Lava Bucket, and Idol Song.
No, he does not 🤣 He has thousands of people giving him tips and advice, but he's ignores nearly all of it and keeps using the same awful collabs because it's all he knows exists.
I think it's not the best design to not show collabs without needing to unlock them first. Because they don't exactly always make sense, logically speaking.
@Psycorde Logically, the combinations don't make sense, but remember, it's a fan game. All the combinations are inside jokes or memes based on past livestreams from the Hololive vtubers. It's fun for many people to try out different combinations on their own to see if there is a collab to be discovered. That said, plenty of lists exist online that clearly show all of the possible combinations for people who don't want to experiment. In that same vein, there isn't a need to show what characters are missing because they are arranged into the groups that they made their vtuber debuts with Hololive. Their names are quite well known as most of their channels have over a million subscribers each. As such, I disagree that showing a complete collab list would be a quality of life improvement because discovery is fun for some. Showing which characters are missing on the actual gacha screen could be a QOL improvement, but there are already ways to do so with only one extra step. Going into the tears menu shows which characters and outfits have not yet been unlocked. The main character select screen is grouped up by debut generation, so that gives an idea which generation they belong to. Then of course there's the option of a quick google search.
I was following all his holocure plays before, so I was shocked how much he played offline because he only streamed like 4 or so runs before. 47 hours played is nice!
Not sure if asmon were doing a no cursor aim challenge or he just still doesn't know about it.. which is insane that he beat stage 3H without using it at all.
He has mentioned that it overwhelms him to need to move and aim at the same time. He needs to play characters and use weapons that don't require aiming because he can't do both.
@@njdss4 fully understandable, visibility is problematic. Only real downside. And a personal thing, too many different food items for workers, boil it down to like 3 option. Maybe 4 tops.
That's very good, you actually beat the game without any super collab. It's like beating the game with handicap challenge already, bro just casually winning the game with patience strat.
Fauna does more damage the more she heals, so you get the super collab of spider cooking, which heals you, horns, the doll, anything that heals, maxing passives first, now you OP, no need to even move.
Well done! If you want a challenge, buy g-rank disable in the shop and play Azki in that same stage. She's really slow and underpowered at first but with some well timed upgrades it can be done. Another would be in hardcore mode with only 1 HP! The body pillow is better than damage reduction because the shield recharges in a few seconds. Healing usually is a bit slower.
They were hoping to release another patch by the end of the year. Obviously they missed that now but next patch should be out early next year probably.
Damn GG for beating the last Hard Stage!! That was intense! You can try getting all the achievements while waiting for the next patch update. The next update is going to be HUGE!
Funny enough the game isnt even finished being developed. Its only roughly 60% content complete. And not forget the Holo Advent girls will be added in future sooner or later as the next set of playable characters.
I hope you continue and complete the game! Endless mode is so fun and challenging. At first you thought -> "you're the one deciding when to die", but in reality -> "you're trying to survive as long as possible".
I'm sure we all know how youtube titles work, but for the extra dense, on stream he did mention its not like hes totally done with the game and plans to come back when updated or just for a run or two. Mald about his lack of mouse aim instead :^)
that's what i love about games like this. you can be either suck or so good on it, but you will never over stressed about it and still winning. that's what games made for. to have fun.
It's only f2p. This is a fan game that cannot make any money. All the coins for pulling you get from playing the game. Hololive offered to make it official and pay him, but the creator said he makes enough with his real job and wants to keep this as a fun project he can work on without the pressures of a professional job.
I check ASmons twitch mostly everyday just to check if there's a new Holucure stream i really like that he's kinda so happy to beat all the stages i think the update will be near i hope he plays it again when it gets updated
This has been the most frustrating experience watching asmon play this game, ignore everything about the mechanics of the game, and never optimize anything. But, he does the same with every game. He never even unlocked a super collab. Never learned half the items in the game, never figured out to max your skills and attack first, or how to reroll / delete bad options. But, he "won" despite almost entering extinction time from yagoo. I dont even consider it a win if i cant kill all bosses in under 30 seconds on final stage. But, i play the game too much. And I have every achievement and fishing gold trophies lmao. Oh well. Grats asmon. Hope you keep playing the game since its genuinely better than 99% of things on the market.
Just watching Asmon play HoloCure inspired me to play it as well. Never watched any Hololive even. Got Calliope Mori max fandom on my 2nd day still trying to beat Stage 3 Hard
