I played the predecessor to this which was Contract Wars, a web browser game, tons of hours. And Im really happy when they made Hired Ops. I don't play a lot as of recently but I do have a lot memories playing those games!

for those of you who know what this actually is, yes, this used to be Contract Wars.

I remember Contract Wars and played it all the time on Kongregate. Level of graphics for a web browser game was insane.

I love CW and Hired Ops. Bay5 is the best multiplayer map in history imo. I hope they add it into Tarkov as an Easter egg in Terminal when it comes out

its a crime that you dont have more subs then this, one of the best an honest game reviewer for fps game keep it up your videos are always a good place to stop by to know what cool fps i can get or make sure to stay away from ! keep up the good work, lets get to 100k

i remember playing contract years ago, looks very similar

higher magnifications: theres an option for changing the resolution, probably because in some cases gets really heavy for low end PCs, but when you change for the max its really good, and thxx for the game tip btw, have a great weekend!

if people have a hard time finding matches we found that you and your friends could queue snipe eachother by picking exactly what map and mode you wanted to play and select a server that you have really good ping to. it worked really well for some friendly competition vs eachother. so much fun. i highly recommend

Been a number.1 ranked player in their previous game, Contract Wars, played Hired Ops right after it came out and I can tell that game went through a lot of changes, good and bad days... But Im just in love with Tarkov, right after Contract Wars, and playing EFT since the closed alpha, been tester and never got bored till today :D

Just a matter of time until your at the 100k, keep it pushing brother you have some of the best content in the tac shooter-verse!

The "grainy scopes" at around 2:30 might be a TAA issue. Insurgency: Sandstorm has the same problem with Picture-In-Picture scopes while TAA is active, which is why I don't use PiP for INS:S despite having a computer easily capable of running the game at max settings.

i love this game just sucks that the game is dying when i try to get into a match there is only me and two other people waiting for other people im hoping the player pop goes back up this is a great game and its free what more can you ask for

Just an FYI, its predecessor, Contract Wars, is also free to play and still has a small, but active community. If you want to see where Tarkov really got its roots, definitely check out both Contract Wars and Hired Ops, with Hired Ops being essentially an updated version of Contract Wars, with new mechanics and a faster pace overall.

the main based of that game is first CONTRACT WARS that can be play in browser or application then hired ops shows up and escape from tarkov

about a month a go this game released out of early access into the full release so i thought I'd come back to this and show it off so that you could add another free game into your arsenal

Played this game like 15 years ago, the quickscoping was sick!

I found this game on steam a few months ago and I played a few matches, however there were barely any people so it turned out not to be much fun, but with this video, I may have just been unlucky and did not get good matches so I am going to try it again

one of the best free FPS if not the best if you want a realistic military FPS with a complex game progression and tons of content like guns, attachments, skill tree etc. Playing it every day and enjoying he heck of it! Cheers for another great video Tacti!

i had a day when i was playing f2p cod clones. ironsight, warface, hired ops, black squad. and this with ironsight feels the most "NOT F2P" but still needs a lot of updates

I also remember same USEC & BEAR in game in Vkontakte (aka VK, social network in Russia). They got sick weapons and cool graphics, which impressed me. Now I can't find it, but probably this game got some roots even from 2013-14 and earlier in social network shooter game

Played CW for years when I was younger and this was a weird callback after playing tons of tarkov.

just for info, that "graining and blurriness" in the magnification of scopes actualy comes from DLSS.. its completely the same in eft.. im out of eft since this wipe.. need a break after 7k hours.. so i dont know if eft alrdy fixed that or not at this point

This is actually the remaster of the original browser game. Yes, the Tarkov developers made a Call of Duty clone Unity browser game. I had actually thought they'd ceased development of their arcade shooter to focus on Tarkov but it seems I was wrong.

I honestly love playing this game, just have trouble finding populated servers, ill have to try now that this vid is out

I always thought that the EFT companies looked, or at least reminded me of an old game I use to play on a website called Kongregate. The game itself was called contract wars and was shut down in 2018, I wonder if this is the same companies pick up successor to contract wars. I say this because from what I see in these videos they have the same maps and locations as contract wars. I'm hoping they are from the same company and they didn't just rip it anyway.

Some maps on this game, looks like Contract Wars Map (Old facebook games)

Trying to install the game through Steam, but when I click on "Play Game", a window pops up for a split second saying "Preparing to launch Hired Ops." before it just disappears, and just will not install or start. It doesn't even show up at all in my Steam Library, and just ends up simply refreshing the Store Page. Anyone else running into this issue?
