Wow, I saw in this game so much easter eggs! For example, "monstrous beast" boss is from film "Monthy Python and the holy grail" and puzzle with acid is a reference, I think, to classic horror game called "Amnesia". Also, this game is really remembers me of Amnesia.

Whose else literally caught the chills watching this game play. The PS1/VHS style graphics made it unsettling but in a good way. Thank u always Ryan for playing the forgotten games.

Horror games that inspired Nightmare of Decay as far as I have seen: Resident Evil, Silent Hill & Dead Space. The guy that smashed his head against the wall was definetly 100% a referance to Dead Space.

I was dying of laughter the moment I recognized that shadow, and the Monty Python reference haha (also, Ryan edits are always so good. The moment he dynamited those skeletons almost got me dying)

I love how realistic the zombies death is at 19:42 it continues to move for a few more seconds before finally dropping dead

I was once on the cold pizza team until I fixed my issues with re-warmed pizza... dried, chewy bread+crust. Solution: LIGHTLY damp paper towel over my pizza when nuking that slice. Almost as if I just ordered it... almost(eh, close enough). Both is good.😊

Ryan, I understand the cold pizza thing. I usually end up getting a relatively standard pie for myself (old-world pepperoni, mushrooms, olives) and save at least two slices for later. Most of the time, I end up taking a cold slice, frying up an egg on the skillet and putting the fried egg on top of the pizza slice, and eat it normally (it's actually quite good this way for anyone who hasn't tried it)

The rabbit was a quote from Monty Python and the Holy Grail... it's the Beast of Caerbannog, a teensy weensy white rabbit with all the sweet tenderness of an out-of-control buzzsaw. In the movie, the only way to take out the Beast was with the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch. In every single game where the white bunny appears, he's going to be a monster of a fight.

I just noticed something during the course of ryans playthrough If you look on the screen of the computer near the bed, you'll notice that the area in the game looks very similar to a place in "the nightmare" that you'll see around the 15:36 mark. Think the don't bath after eating is actually don't swim after eating because your blood concentrates near your belly to dehydrate food but also tries to concentrate to the working muscles when swimming. This causes cramps

i belive for the food myth you were talking about around 4:11, it is DONT go swimming right away after eating some sort of meal like lunch

I like cold & hot pizza. Well not hot, hot pizza is literally the only way you shouldn't eat pizza. Molten stringy cheese, insides that fall out, toppings that fall off, it's no good. The best ways are toasted, nice crisp flaky crust - but the cheese has cooled enough to harden. You've still got rendered oil but it's not swimming in grease. Lukewarm on the top with slightly warm marinara. Easy to sink your teeth into but holds its shape. That's the stuff. Cold pizza is just bomb though. Perfect for breakfast or if you're on the go and somehow is more soothing and easy going. It could also be my imagination but it seems less salty and more creamy. To reiterate: Lukewarm or cold pizza or shutup you don't know what you're talking about and you're a filthy savage.
