Love a good sense of humor. 😊 I also like how you get the sellers laughing. As a long time Floridian (moved here in 1978 at age 29) i can tell you I dont miss the seasons at all. I remember every back breaking shovel of snow I moved and i hate cold. A great place to go for estate sales is The Villages a over 55 community that has its own city named for it. Jeffrey from Real Nifty Vintage just moved down a few months ago also and spends a lot of time at them on weekends. You will be happy for your business because there are many more days to go to garage sales!

The new golf clubs was a gamble for sure. It paid off for you and turned into some great profit. Obviously, the guy that had owned them just wanted to get rid of them, or else he would not have accepted your counter offer. Also, armchair Monday quarterbacks are usually just jealous that they did not find such a great deal. It is so easy for people to judge a situation without knowing the whole story. When you are unable to look something up, you have to go on knowledge and intuition in order to know whether or not an item or items are worth purchasing for resell. Also, you also hustle hard and work at learning new categories. This pays off for you as well. Excellent video and I enjoyed your yard and garage sale adventures for sure. I moved from Ohio to California and lived there for 5 years and I definitely missed the seasons. More so, I miss what holidays were "supposed" to feel like. 72 degrees on Thanksgiving and Christmas was weird lol

Dude if someone has a problem with what you offered the older gentleman for the clubs they should also realize he accepted and was happy with what you paid him you are in the business of making money by being a reseller plus I am sure you put some miles on your feet and the person complaining is most likely sitting on their assets on a comfy sofa instead of beating feet on the hunt for a good deal

Great video Paul. You will miss the seasons like I do but if you're anything me you definitely will not miss the cold. The weather here in Southern California is much better for me than N.Y.

PAUL - I would have taken a hard look at those cool bolt on red Wheels... they were red they were high-quality looking wheels are very expensive, same end of the table where the golf clubs were purchased.... if the guy wasn't happy with $80 he wouldn't have sold them - it's just one less thing to remind him of his medical incidents... life can be tough...LAXVESPA-LOSANGELES

$30! bucks!? I have never seen the case but I have one of those and picked it up for a $1 at an estate sale and I even have an older one. The reason I like it is because it's made of metal. They made a plastic version that was obviously lighter. A few years before an estate sale tried to sell me one for $20 and I put it back, I knew eventually I would find one at the price i wanted.
