I was confused af, but he plays this game a lot and thought there was some kinda reason… then there wasn’t. All the random stuff falling down was kinda funny though.
Oh heck, I didn't even think about that being part of the clear con until after finishing the video. If there is a clear video of that level it would be cool to see in action but between the weird triple jumps, the springboard cannon timing and the clear con getting in the way (and lack of practice and/or preview doors), it seems kinda bad overall. At least make it red coins instead of 10s if the opening section is getting that blocked!
For anyone wondering Panga couldn't triple jump because he was holding a pow. When you are holding an item you can not triple jump, so the wanted the player to throw the pow before jumping off of the buzzy beetle.
For the Kaizo level with the triple jump, I was literally screaming in my head "You can't triple with an item in hand, throw the POW before jumping on the beetle!"
I think the "jank" with the springboard part of that 70 sec level may be due to you just falling straight down right before it rather than doing the wall jumps. You're getting there a little faster than you should
20:37 The double and triple jump are not about how fast Mario goes. It's about pressing the jump button each time exactly at the moment Mario's feet land.
The double jump at 20:50 for the second triple jump above the red on off blocks, you have to jump on the ground before hitting the spring. Turning around with the spring stops the triple jump.
@@zombiekiwi no one 100% knows since everything the developer teased were only given through hints, but i'll be glad to share what it most likely has: • a checkpoint save system for when you exit a level • monstercat and ncs songs in the game • no-clip for practice mode • a new demon difficulty, gauntlet, or something else (this was one of the most heavily debated hints) • an in-game purchase system to buy mana orbs and yeah that's about it
[21:28] It didn't work due to a wonderful mechanic that makes Mario not be against the wall if there is a block beneath you at 1 Block or less of distance. Even if the block below you is a spike. And that's awful.
ok if my little knowledge of mm2 is correct, i think the reason why sometimes the spring double jump into the pow near the beginning doesnt work is because sometimes he gets bounced by the spring BEFORE jumping, resulting in a flaccid single jump, rather than the intended jumping INTO the spring, getting a double jump before hitting the spring. wait but i just realized this while writing this comment, how would he get the triple jump after hitting the spring if the spring is the root of the problem? is it the root? is it really because mario is running for a nanosecond too long??? does panga really just have to get lucky????? thats what it feels like honestly with mm2s double/triple jump shenanigans. somebody more knowledgeable than me please tell me why panga doesnt double jump and why sometimes he does. this has honestly been killing me for this entire kaizo level segment

Geometry dash please try it out 2.2 has platformer mode and mods called geode please download geode and try super expert challenge it’s for platformer mode and it’s like Mario maker you have limited life’s and the game is best graphics ever your trust me
Can’t let go is a geometry dash level. I would know. As of this writing, I am struggling to beat it. Also, the layout is an accurate recreation of the level.
20:40 speedrun techs aren't even janky man. You just need to understand the mechanics of this game and why those tricls works. There're a lot of triple jump guides out there on yt Edit: dude doesn't even how to properly play a speedrun level and then proceeds to judge the level. What a salty clown.
