People don’t realize some players prefer to find their own shinies, I’m the same way about shinies if it’s not caught by me I just throw them away 1. Don’t know their origin so can’t trust it 2. The benefits the game gives you for earning it yourself like being the OT and no one time naming limit 3. Just feels better to have something you earned yourself

I'm generally in the boat of wanting to earn my own shinnies, the only exception being my shiny Valiant that I was traded since I have Scarlet and wouldn't be able to catch it, and even then I went and got a shiny Roaring Moon first to trade for it.

I knew one of these gigachads, and he said that Shiny is infinite, if you dedicated enough you can get all the shiny you want, but Pokemon trained by Vtubers are limited, if they gone they gone forever.

Well, that is literally the easiest Paradox Form to hunt. I got 8 in half an hour, missed 2 due to the sandwich ending. Step 1: wait until sunrise with Ghost Level 3 ingredients. Step 2: make the sandwich and dive into the Crater’s depths, I prefer the large central floating platform. Step 3: wait. The sandwich is forcing Ghost spawns. The game then says “it’s daytime. Skip that ghost.” The sandwich forces more ghosts, until Shiny overrides daytime.

The guy got a Pokemon previously owned by Mumei. That is significantly more rare than a simple Shiny. I think he won in the trade.

It's one of the easiest shinies to hunt, just ghost sandwich 3 during the daytime since ghosts normally only spawn at night. For whatever reason shiny ghosts can spawn during the day so ONLY shiny flutter manes spawn.

That why I don't expect shiny from trades when when some1 helping my dex, and if this happens I will released it since I can't be sure it legit

For reference, there's a way you can take advantage of how the game does things to essentially force it to spawn a shiny Fluttermane during the day, so rest assured it's not quite the sacrifice you might be thinking it is.

Be like Chad > Is a Mumei Fan > Sees Mumei wanting to trade a Pokemon > Decides to give her a Shiny Pokemon > Does not elaborate any further > Takes his leave and makes Mumei question the moment.

ngl it was alot easier to get a shiny than an Quaxley. It took me 12 hours real time trying to get a regular quaxley on the designated trading channels and only 5 tries to trade a sprigato for a FueCoco, but the Quaxley was three days just trying to trade when I had some free time....

Well, that Pokémon is a Scarlet exclusive and it can't breed, so trading is the only way she can get that shiny anyway.

That particular shiny isn't valuable at all. There was, maybe even still is, a glitch to get as many as you want. You could make it so that only ghost type spawn in area zero, and then visit during the day when ghost aren't supposed to spawn. For some reason this made it so that whole area would be empty except for one shiny flutter mane somewhere. When you found it, you just had to afk in the battle for a bit before catching and then a ton more of them would spawn in the background.
