Definitely the slide stop/release I’ve tried them all as far as enlarged parts and the take down extension is great, the one I wouldn’t do again is the magazine release, it’s nice but also creates mag drop problems Wouldn’t do any of the grip/beaver tail extensions or tungsten springs or guid rods, they do nothing for recoil
Nice G19 - minor correction - The difference between the 407c and 507c is not the solar fail safe as they both have it. The difference is the 507c comes with the multi reticle system where as the 407c is the dot only
@@colt1033smh if it hold zero and hits are made when it’s zeroed properly plz tell me what’s so amazing at being being a jacka** and spending 600 for something most won’t even use enough to justify it….whats smart about putting price wise another gun on top of a gun 💀 same for weapon lights…taxtifools and RU-vid sheep’s got folks twisted…hole in paper or marks on steel or even better yet a down threat don’t gaf about none the stuff yall complain about on here…long as erthing is reliable who gaf…FOOL AND HIS MONEY SHALL SOON PART…always tru smh
@@colt1033not all 407c are solar and btw holosun are far from junk. They put one of the best reddots to shame that has been around for years (trijicon rmr) I’ve had some rmr and install sale those over priced pieces of trash.
Lenny: As usual your video is fantastic. Not only do I learn from you about my favorite topic, Glocks and their endless after market items, but the way you do a superb presentation "almost" every time.
@@pmcgns10 Until I heard him say we have the second amendment so that we can overthrow our own government. That was extremely disappointing. That is NOT why the 2a exists.
I already have a G19, but wanted a G20 (10mm). I sent a message to customer service at GlockStore and asked if they could make something just like this based on a G20. They put together the long list of parts and modifications in one day. I made a few tweaks (frame undercuts, green reticle instead of red, a different model of light/laser). It took two months, but it just arrived and it's BEAUTIFUL. GlockStore's quality and attention to detail is amazing. One of the items on this gun is to finish the miscellaneous parts (slide lock, slide stop lever, mag release, pins, and trigger) in the same Midnight Bronze as the slide. They even did the butt plates on the two magazines that come with the gun in Midnight Bronze. I hadn't even thought of that! These guys are the best.
@@BigTexGuitarz Because GEN5 was just soooooo different than a GEN3 with upgrades... right. Not to say Glock is stagnant. If it ain't broke, don't fix it but gen 3 to 5 is a close race.
Great video 👍🏿. NGL this video just gave me hella motivation. Our purpose as men is to fulfill our personal purpose whatever that means for you. Shout out to all my guys working a 9 to 5 or running their own business. Keep grinding fellas the marathon continues ✌🏿
I have seen your video's recommending changing the factory plastic rod with a tungsten guide rod to add weight to reduce the kick for better accuracy. Curious why you would make the slide lighter.
The slide reciprocates so the reduced mass reduces recoil. The guide rod sits in the frame and doesn't move back and forth (other than compressing) so the extra weight helps anchor the gun
I asked this on a much older video, but I thought that yiu might not see it so I am reposting it here. One thing I would like to see a video on; my father has weakened muscles, and sometimes has a limp wrist malfunction on his Glock 17 Gen5 9mm. How do I minimize this problem? I heard a claim that making the frame heavier and the slide lighter would help. Is this correct? Would your tungsten guide rod count as making the frame heavier? Do you sell a lighter slide? And how do the six different spring strengths of your your tungsten guide rod fit in?. Are some springs better for avoiding the limp wrist problem? Also I heard that hotter rounds with more recoil are better for avoiding limp wrist malfunctions. Is this true? Would the Glock 34 Gen5 9mm be less prone to having this problem compared to the 17?
They just built me a G20 (10mm) almost identical to this. Guaranteed they can do what you want. Just email their customer service and ask them to put together the same list of modifications based on whatever model you want. That's what I did, and the gun is beautiful.
This is using an 18lb recoil spring on our tungsten guide rod. While we removed a lot of weight with the cuts, there is also the added weight of the Holosun optic mounted on the slide. Good question.
Anyone actually buy from their site? Have been thinking about grabbing some things, even this looks pretty nice. But I heard a lot of mixed reviews. One recently that their “10 day” turn around on milling a slide took about 4 months. Not sure if that was shipping and getting held up or what the deal was. If you have gotten something, parts, custom work, how has the reliability been? Customer service, etc.
A basic optic cut and install can be done in 10 days or less. If you add things like refinishing or custom cerakoting, that’s going to add to your lead time.
Question I don’t know if you can answer or if anyone else knows the answer… is this something you can do only if you buy the whole gun from GlockStore or can I send my Gen5 Glock in to have this done?

Why would anyone want to make a Glock less reliable 🤦♂, from a reliable duty /edc gun ,to a range toy/ competition gun , unless that's the goal... Adios edc
Absolutely worthless... it is the aim and the bullet that make any "gun" a beast. Otherwise you have dressed up a pig. The person you have to shoot at is not going to have a fleeting thought, "Gosh, I wish I had that magwell!" And how did we shoot accurately in 1987 or '37? Selling clear ice to an Eskimo. Anyone can take a stock SW Model 10, practice with it seriously and you will hit everything with almost all bullets in a 4" circle time after time. No bling needed, ever. And if the weapon he is displaying is your standard carry shooter what do you do if you have to use another weapon that is not modified. Meh! Sorry "Glock Merchant Guy"
You can’t say perfection when you have to do over $800.00 in upgrades. As a newbie to guns, I am disappointed that it’s no where near perfect even after all the accessories. I can’t begin to count how many times I have read people have problems with Shield Arms magazines, no night sights, etc. Glock is living on its reputation and not its product which is a shame.
