@@shonjerry8474dude is mad at an opinion. You guys are all corny for watching these fake ass streamers play this dogshit game this year. It's been poorly received by everyone but yall are shills lol fucking weirdos
Getting 99 Jeter and moving Jimmy to 2B is gonna fix your 2B defense problem lol. And then I feel like 99 Halladay and 99 Gibson are gonna go absolutely insane
Dude is garbage, an automatic out against righties. Only one quirk too, no secondaries, and great defense at third is irrelevant. He's already replaceable but come friday he's done.
Arenado at 3rd is wiiiild. He's garbage and his defensive stats are the only reason he's a 97, despite defense being mostly irrelevant at third (arm is really the only thing that matters) + he has no secondary positions. Already outdated but come friday it's gonna be completely unacceptable to keep him there. Royce Lewis's 95 card has essentially just as good defense, almost as good against lefties, and way better against righties. Plus he has all the good quirks that will make him play even more above his stats, whereas arenado has 1 quirk. Idk where the hate for the royce card is coming from other than you being an arenado glazer. Lance McCullers is the best option as well for pitching outside of your first 2-3 pitchers, also bats lefty for kershaw boost if needed. Polanco's stats are also insane for being a 93 overall. Insane vision and contact, more than above average power, switch hitter, and is almost 90 speed if you parallel him. Only weakness is his atrocious defense but bronze defense is fine at 2nd base or even third. He's essentially Jimmy Rollins without the defense and with A- speed instead of A+. As for willy, feel the exact same way for willy, he either rakes or does atrocious. The issue with Mays is that if you want a monster defender in center, your options at the moment are very limited. You can get a great/fast defender with very mediocre hitting stats, or you can get a guy who has great hitting stats but is only 70-80 speed/fielding/arm. So he plays above his stats because raking center fielders are currently extremely rare. Even the 99 Griffey isn't a true CF, he's a corner outfielder. I guess you could go someone like Niko Goodrum but other than that, idk. Now that we're moving past the beginning of s2 boosts, cards like Trae Turner are going to start to age. HE was one of people's main go-to for CF but without that extra 15 power, he hits like a noodle against righties, while being nothing special against lefties compared to the 95+ cards coming out.
Not at all. His stats are INSANE for a 93, plus he's a switch hitter. And he's fast. Only problem is his defense which is irrelevant when you play him at 2nd. Dude has almost maxed contact as a 93 with power in the 90s and insane vision/clutch. He's head and shoulders the better choice than arenado who is not a switch hitter, is right handed (which we have a ton of this season and is bad for your lineup diversity), and has horrendous stats against righties.
He's great and all but I don't see him as worth it, especially considering Jeter is one of the S2 upgrades and there are a ton of good cards competing for infield slots.
@cococock2418 I've been using awards Witt and thought about replacing him with Wagner. Now that you mention Jeter I think I'll have to try him out. Appreciate the insight my dude
