I've been saying steve isn't weak thank god this happened Im so sick of ppl saying certain characters are bad and have no idea WTF they're talking about steve was good in past games and his design hasn't changed much one thing ppl fail to realize these base designs have been the same for decades

Professional level Tekken play is not completely representative of a character’s strength lol. Steve is only as good as the person that’s playing him, and these guys pour thousands of hours into Tekken

That wall setup is a super cool setup created by counter punching paragon in RU-vid, if the opponent stays on the ground you go for ext duck 2, if he wakes up you go for clinch grab. Depending on the way he wakes up you get a backturned grab for insane damage

No it’s when you get a lot of hits while they’re on the wall. You can do it like he did or if u use b1 d21 into heat burst then sway 11 but only if u didn’t screw, that only works if you use it to wall screw. It’s a tech trap that leads into school yard bully with the grab, a launch if they get up wrong or duck with 2 and 1 if they get up kick will launch that can lead to another nasty set up with ki charge

8anyone so silly as to call asslan the goat when he was a complete no one for the 1st 8 tekken games (1-6, ttt, ttt2) should stick to playing and commenting on smash bros because youre objectively ignorant of tekken. Goats don't get smoked by kwiss in tourneys. asslan will peak in t8 once the devs make their next cash grab of an OP dlc character, that's all asslan could play in t7.
