Hey patty, I’ve been a viewer and subscriber since 3k and am so happy you’ve got 7k+ subs, anyway I’m 16 years old 105 pounds and go to the gym every other day, im not interested in body building, but i am interested in bulking up a bit. Could you recommend me a diet for bulking a bit? I’ve seen your diets and was wondering if there is a difference between bodybuilding diet and just normal gym diet. There is man, but in total the foods should relatively stay the same. The only difference is you can have more fun with foods like lean burgers and noodles! Just find the calorie amounts and try to eat whole, tasty foods! You’re still young man, take your time and just trust the process. I was also 120lb at 16. So trust me you’ve got this!
