We bought a gas BBQ a few years ago but it just wasn’t the same. Now have a charcoal one again and the flavour is so much better.

That looks like the perfect size for one. And it doesnt use gas. Thanks for the demonstration and explaining about the charcoal. It looked like it did a good job of cooking the meat even if it was the last bag of charcoal on the shelf. Enjoy using it!

just a tip from Holland , when you turn the black chimney 180 degrees it will not open time and again when you open the dome 👍

That's some good looking meat! I haven't seen any like that in years. I ate some of the fatty ones boiled with some rice at a friend's house and it was off the chain good. I'm glad you enjoyed your supper and your new toy. I hope you have a blessed week and no stupid stuff to deal with.✌️💖🙏✡️🇺🇲✝️🤜

wow, never had a close up look at one of those...nice! Now that you have that maybe you want to go on the Carnivore diet...people have big health improvements with it, just meat /mineral salt, 75% of calories from fat, it takes away inflammation and that's what causes the healing. 90 days could change your life.
