Vic visits an old school reefer who's tank has been running for over 8 years! The mixed reef is filled with vibrant corals and healthy saltwater fish. Majority of the corals in the aquarium is what most would consider basic and affordable. This impresses Vic because it proves that a reefer should go after a coral based on the coloration and not on the rarity of the corals. Even though most of the corals are considered basic, the owner was able to strategically place them in a way where each coral will contrast and compliment each other. Nothing too fancy and high end is used on this aquarium, yet it is probably one of the best tanks Vic has ever seen.
