If you get an F in any class, you just aren't paying attention to the teacher. I have no sympathy for anybody with a GPA below 3, and I couldn't fathom getting an F in any of my elementary school classes. If you can't do basic math, life's going to be rough.
Could also be micro-strokes, since apparently those can happen as you get older (unless there's lore about Terrence Howard and drugs and I just don't know about it). Allegedly it's one possible explanation for the personality changes you see in some people as they age (that can't be explained by stuff like dementia/Alzheimer's/etc, or a known TBI).
@@sholem_bondthis isn't anything new with Terrence and he has been that way for decades. I have seen him in interviews admitting to LSD, weed, ketamine, mushrooms and whatever the frog one is called I can't think of it off the top of my head
Dropping a dollar isn’t multiplying it, hear the pod before you comment. He said multiplying, mean you multiply. Why do they even create a math system where you can multiply one by one that’s the better question. Are we so stupid we needed to learn that in school? Some people including penguinzo miss the whole point.
GUYS DONT BE FOOLED!!! Before i started listening to Terrance H., I was young and broke, but after years of following his hard work and listening to his seminars, I am no longer young.
Terrence Howard legit sounds like that guy who just got clean, and read his first self help book, and then all of a sudden thinks he’s got it all figured out! 😂
If America can accept transgenderism, why can't you expect this guy's math..? Both concepts disregard the facts, And is based on how that person thinks or their feelings, saying 1x1 is 4 is equally retarded as saying a man can become a woman,
You really hit the nail on the head saying people don’t want to trust actual experts and would rather trust some rando because experts could be conspiring. I like to tell them what is more likely to be a conspiracy, thousands of scientists around the world from competing countries aligned for a conspiracy? Or a single/handful of people trying to get attention and money?
Ppl all around the world thought the world was flat, but 1 guy proved them all wrong. And later it was confirmed he was right. Not much difference between him and Terrance. Terrance just happens to think outside the box that the system has brainwashed 98% of ppl into.
It's important to remember we can entertain an idea without ridiculing someone for having said idea. Bad information needs to be fought with good information. The veracity of claims can be thoroughly examined in an unbiased way and bullshit will inevitably get thrown away

This is a delusion, in 1984 it was more about forcing people to commit or speak to things that weren't true as a form of demoralisation and control. Howard is just high on himself.

i can see how people actually believe 1*1=2. Multiplication is something that can't really be done physically, or else that'd be counting. sure, 1*1=2 in your mental math, simply because you're giving pure numbers and it multiplies. however, if you think a bit more abstract and logical, it'd be 1*1=1 by using grid lines example. This is a mental math crisis, not because math itself is wrong
I'm so glad Charlie spoke up about it. The comment section full of fascinated fools had me irritated. So many people found value in Terrence and his narcissist never ending monologues , from up on his high horse of delusional ego
@@darkjb48 That's just Joe Rogan podcasts for you. Holy shit... a friend of mine today said something about how 1*1=2... and I was driving and was hardly paying attention but after a few seconds I was like "what.... what the fuck are you talking about? a one by one grid only has an area of one?" and then they changed the subject, lol. I can imagine Terrance Howard saw the plus sign, thought about it in his lab for days, months, years, has tons of mathematical equations on a blackboard, covered in chalk, then he goes, "Ahh!" rotates the plus sign 45 degrees.
To give Terence some credit, he's really close to figuring out addition Edit: these replies are wild Edit 2: you can literally see it breaks the fundamentals of the universe if you isolate the numbers. 1×1=2 ->1=2/1 -> 1=2. One does not equal two, one equals one. For good measure: 1×2=2 -> 1=2/2 -> 1=1

Wouldn’t you rather listen to those established people in the first place?
His explanation for the periodic table was wack too periodic law, which states that elements have similar properties when theyre arranged by atomic number. Elements in the same group have similar chemical properties, such as metals in one column and gases in another. For example, lithium, sodium, and potassium are all shiny, conduct heat and electricity well, and have similar chemical properties. The periodic table also shows trends in element properties, such as: Metallic character: Increases down a group and decreases across a period Nonmetallic character: Increases from the bottom left to the top right Atomic radius and ionic radius: Increase down a group and decrease across a period Electron affinity: Decreases down a group and increases across a period, except for the noble gases in the last column Electronegativity: Decreases down a group and increases across a period Ionization energy: Decreases down a group and increases across a period But terology is like naw, let's yeet that chart and make it more confusing because of bonding potential?

@@drobb723_BillsMafia didn't you play with those blocks and sticks as a kid in school? Multiplication isn't a special operation by itself, it's a specific way to perform addition
you just used the word "times" to explain to people who don't know what "times" means. if they know what "1 time" and "2 times" mean then there wouldn't be 1 * 1 = 2 in the first place so you should break it down to addition: 1 * 2 = two 1 = 1 + 1 = 2 2 * 2 = two 2 = 2 + 2 = 4 1 * 1 = one 1 = 1 well, this require first grade knowledge...
@@drobb723_BillsMafia Hey, idiot. If I say "a multiplied by b" it means I keep adding "a" with itself until "b" times. 1 x n means 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + ... + 1 until the number of 1's equals n. So if n = 1, the result equals 1. If n = 2, the result is 1 + 1 (notice how there are 2 1's). If n = 3, 1 x 3 = 1 + 1 + 1 = 3 (notice how there are 3 1's).

Terrence Howard said his mom was a Bene Gesserit and drank the sacred worm blood so he could remember his birth. He's the mathematical version of the Kwitzach Hadderach.
it's an axiom, you assume it's true in order for the rest of the math we know to work. the math you learn up to and including high school is all based on the rational number field. a field is an algebraic structure that is a set with two operators (addition and multiplication) and several properties (associativity, commutativity, distributivity) and two specific unique members- identity and zero. there are plenty of "maths" where 1+1 doesn't equal 2, like boolean algebra or modulus algebra, but the guy in the video clearly doesn't talk about those and is kind of full of shit
@@fawlen but those other kinds of maths are really other math. Its just a different way of expressing the same reality that the math we use is doing. Its not like if we were to use a math based on a system without 0 then physics would cease to exist and 1 group of 1 would suddenly become 2. For example the Romans did not have a 0. But that didn't mean that basic realities of math changed, just that they had no way of expressing 1x1. They simply had to list out all of the groups and then count them.
