Only times i wear a durag is just after a washing style . Or if ik im goin out somewhere ill wear it for a hour or 2 to lay my waves. My waves look just as good as someone who be raggn up 24/7 u dont needa do all that ish.

My morning sessions I have have my rag on for a couple hours. Take it off. Keep it off until my next session which is late evening or night. After that I just keep my rag on either when I'm taking a shower or mostly at night and I'm about to go to sleep
