I remember when I was a teen and my uncle first bought me to his gym. He knew most of the people there and they'd all talk, joke around and laugh. It had an awesome vibe. Over time disappeared... this reminds me of then.

This was great, made me smile too, well done to all involved. This is what gyms should be, shared goals, fun but actually very enouraging too, when we can relax like this with each other, it becomes a place you want to be in.. I stopped going to the gym as it was too 'risky', But this at least made me rethink that for just a moment, so thankyou for that too.

I applaud the woman for having a good sense of humour about this. We need more people like her in this world that will find the laughter in something as recording a workout. I don't really see a problem with recording your workout, because they do this at my workout place occasionally. If people want to do this, let them do it.

This is good and fun. Rather than hating others, make friends instead and the laughs and smiles are just overwhelming happiness.

My husband and I have been together for over four decades and we laugh together every day. Trust me, it keeps you young and your love flourishes. Have fun out there folks.
