the gskill guy was questioning his whole life with that much stress 🤣 and the fact that super micro allowed to run away with one of their server slides to an "unknown" destination .. is just pure peak LTT fashion. G.Skill is usually around the top of my list for choices, has been for roughly 2 or 3 decades now. A single RMA during that time (single dead stick in a 2x1gb kit), went pretty easily. Meh, stuff happens and they took care of it Just remember to check your motherboard QVL for compatibility, and can also be beneficial to cross reference competing ram manufacturers chips that are on the QVL to ones that are in other manufacturers kits and will work but just simply havent gone through the QVL process. Many kits on the market will often work fine, but simply arent on the QVL

It amazes me how LTT takes the business decisions. They sponsored their own video so that they can give shout out to G.Skill, Asus and super micro all at the same time. Nice 👍👍

I think it might be in agreement with computex that they do not have sponsored videos showcasing content there
@pttevents
@pttevents Год назад
@@ohyou_6599 they do
@acmenipponair
@acmenipponair Год назад
@@ohyou_6599 Also they don't seem to have the time to find sponsors so fast. Don't forget, sponsoring on RU-vid means: - You propose an idea of a video to possible sponsors - they give the ok - you make the video - they say if the video meets their "quality goals" - if yes, video gets published, if no, recut That can take DAYS to weeks, depending on how big your channel and how difficult your video is = what topics it covers, which departments of the sponsoring company want to have a deal etc. It's therefore just easier when we come to "on the ground coverage" about actual stuff like this trade show that they just avoid these steps, sponsor it themselves and the companies will most likely give them just a better price for the next sponsoring for regular videos. That was also the reason why Linus was so thankful for Sensonic to sponsor his "I got hacked" video, because not only was it a delicate topic, but also = sensonic couldn't knew ahead what will be published as Linus had to be fast to tell us what happened after he gained back control over his channels to not lose too much followers. He could have said derogative stuff about the hackers and they wouldn't be able to do anything about it (only cancelling further sponsorings, but a more heated person than Linus might have went the "burn it all to the ground" way and not the nice informative one)
@Alex-zi1nb
