Marci, my husband watched our 4 at the time, kids to let me go shopping alone with a neighbor/friend. He said all 4 of them started crying at once which was odd, the oldest was maybe 6 or 7… he was ready to run down the street pulling his hair out. He was in the Navy with men working under him, but he couldn’t handle kids. ❤❤❤

Having 3 boys can be difficult to care for! But you definitely need to admonish the older boy to respect and listen to you! I can see his reluctance in wanting his own way!

OH MY! You are a warrior, Marci. The faces of distraught kids and the notes they hit kills me. It makes me want to run away and take a nap, except Maverick is not safefly tied in. Kudos for you not to lose it. The one miracle I have seen is people singing kid songs to toddlers and it amazes me how that distracts them. Itsy bitsy spider or the shark song. I can’t guarantee that it would stop them for long. I would have to have earbuds with calming tones and music. I am glad the puppy benefitted from you hard work.

That shipping container is rough, the ones I get are in much better condition, probably because I live s stones through from the port of Los Angeles. In todays market I can get a one trip high cube for about 4 k and a near new clean cargo ready unit for about $2500. That maybe one of the few advantages living here in So. Calif.

Pressure wash the floor of the container and it should help with the rubber smell.

That patch in the front was where the refrigerant AC was, that was probably used for hauling produce at one time, seafood, cold products!

I hope their shed to house has been strapped to the ground with hurricane straps. Like Anthony did with their's on Country Road Cure. I think it would make it a lot more stable before attaching the newer frame of their extension to the house.

if you use Use Dawn dish soap first to clean off the oil and some tar with a stiff push broom then come back with bleach to get rid of many stains and the vinegar and baking soda to get rid of odors. Be sure to rinse well between each application you don't want to inhale a chemical reaction of ammonium sulfate that is harmful to the lungs and can kill you. But doing all 3 of these steps will remove any oil most stains that can leach through a new paint job any mold and freshen up the container as well as prep it for new paint. Hope this helps.

Happy 4 th of July. Marci, The boys will get better once they get use to Crandell working away from the house. You looked a bit exhausted and frustrated. Put some kids songs on ro to help calm them down. Especially when Crandell leaves for work. Bedtime, say it's bedtime,a kiss goodnight and walk out of the room.Dont prolong bedtime.Paxton might need a mesh crib cover so he doesn't crawl out of his crib. Otherwise he may be ready for a big boy bed. Crandell, you're doing an amazing job at the worksite. I would have checked out the containers before taking on the job agreement. Most moms are home all day with the kids, while their husband has a day job, gone for 8-9 hours. I don’t get it, why Marci thinks it’s bad to have C working away from home. If you don’t stand up and be mom, kids will run all over you. You give to many choices for maverick and at 3 that’s not good. My husband was a truck driver and gone a lot.

Marci, you are a great mother who has big expectations for your children. So with that being said nay I suggest one thing? Please stop asking Maverick to do something, such as you asking him if he will go sit down. He needs to learn early to respect you as the parent. I read soooooo many parenting books as my boys were growing up and that was the number one thing each phycologist made mention. Instead of asking him to do it you need to tell him what you want him to do. It doesn't have to sound mean just say Maverick please go sit in your chair. Don't give him a choice if that's what you want from him. Just as you told him to walk over to his seat he obeyed you.
