So if you make someone sign a paper that includes you killing them, they sign it and then you kill them, it's still not legal because they're dead and they can't cancel the contract. I went to a haunted corn maze where I live and I had to crawl on all fours in a dark tunnel with stuffed animals that constantly hit you in the face, there was supposed to be a scarer at every corner to make sure you didnt hit the wall but the scarer wasnt in their place and I smacked into the door that they come through and when they realized, they stopped my group and took me into where their door was to make sure I was ok. I was but it hurt like hell

In a normal haunted house they ask you to not touch the actors and they won't touch you either

Because those "waivers" in the videos aren't the real waivers, it's all for show. People are required to read the full waiver out loud and then sign well before they begin (it takes several hours). This shit isn't real, people are just falling for all of the rumors and media he puts out himself. Yeah, you'll get slapped around, forced into the mud, have spiders put on you... but they aren't pulling teeth, breaking bones, stabbing people, injecting drugs, or any of that. Most of the shit in the "waiver" is just part of the mental game. And videos like this only help his brand grow, it's actually quite brilliant by him.

She was so depressed and pissed off about losing her job and the downfall of the economy that she decided basically fuck it, might as well go through this. She didn't know how intense it was. She thought it was just a really well done haunted house from what I remember. She was traumatized by this, of course. She's in the documentary. She asked to leave many times, to which he responded by mocking her. She was having visible panic attacks. After this experience, he kept asking her to come back after this.
