Jumping juuan seems like a critique of games that slap on elements to try to make a game better. Talking Gerald is the successful brother in his story with juuan being the less successful brother. I also think the creator was experimenting with different types of horror or criticising the different types of horror. This game is so cool

This might be one of the most immersive ARGs I’ve ever seen! So simplistic, yet so charming and creepy at the same time! I don’t know how the developer does it, but I admire his work.

The fact that the reversed audio of Talking Gerald references drinking, and Gary Summers died because he was drunk driving, is too big of a coincidence.

16:00 the story that the talking head was talking abt was a metaphor for the real story of the game. the owner of the company had a brother but his brother was jealous so he added this killing virus to the program. and then the company shut and then yk the rest of the story happend.

This simultaneously reminds me of the Watson-Scott test and things like hiimmarymary - all the creepiness and meta-ness of the Watson Scott test with all the uncanny valley, not knowing what to expect next of an indie youtube series. 10/10, very cool. Edit - Someone's probably already said this but the UNKNOWN.wav sounds like a spectrogram - if you put it into a visualizer the sound will make a picture, basically!

for me, the reverse audios are super creepy (especially the baby) but they did give hints of something might happened to the people of the creepy pics.

I hope for a part 2. I feel like that number code you found can possibly be posted into the in game word program. It seems like the clippy wannabe was hinting at that or some other number code needing to be put into it.

I can't believe i actually recognize the sound for that game's startup. It was used in a lot of "Windows Evolution" videos where they claimed it came from Windows Longhorn (the beta version of Vista). Eventually it was deemed as a hoax, and was later discovered to be part of a Samsung theme for Wondows XP released in 2003 or 2004.

During every single horror game I've seen before this Mike almost never gets scared. But seeing him get scared because of this game make me feel lies that this game has a lot of potential to be one of the top horror games out there.

28:01 this part reminds me of something you would see in a Battington FNAF vhs tape, or more specifically, that one scene in Nonexistent Video or that scene in Pirate Cove Pre-Show where the children’s corpses were shown. I can definitely see similarities between the two.

The bit at 24:20, unknown.wav, sounds like it's meant to be viewed in a spectrogram. Sometimes, devs/arg makers hide images in audio files that way.

The child that spoke at 28:42 spoke really fast so i slowed it down and he says what almost sounds like “I just wanted to play i just wanted to (idk what he said) this isnt fun i want my mommy” this might relate to the child from the car crash with his mom when he said ‘I just want my mommy’

98xx feels like a addictive horror games that i will probably go back to once 5 7 months.

I didn't realize that Gerald was talking about why Murkford (or whatever his name is) couldn't keep "selling lemonade" compared to the other guy. The "added ingredients" made everyone "sick." Every time you click him, he vanishes, and when you look at the tree in the background, it's not a normal tree; the bark of the tree is GREEN!!!
