@@NormalHatter kinda? OD's orb is no longer manacost but direct mana removal so pugna ward doesn't count for his autoattacks anymore. OD can get revenant brooch or bkb now and just fuck pugna up. ward still sucks for rest of pugna spells tho and ult doesn't hit as hard cuz pugna has a lotta mana but on the upside you steal more mana from him to do more damage to the rest of his team. Pugna is a soft counter, not as bad as say nyx or smth

He is a complicated hero to begin with, require several item to be a threat, and takes actual skill to be played.

​@@sbrensbeve7408as in OD is a hero that only works if you have the mechanical skills to operate him. He is a very simple hero if we're talking about spells, but playing him is a very different matter. He's not complicated like Invoker or Earth Spirit, but he is also not a beginner friendly hero.

He's not a hero that can "comeback" and pretty much (my 90% of around 100-150 games of him) are either snowballing or completely useless. The other 10% is basically like 2 heralds trying to understand their new heroes. I think Sing also said that even Icefrog himself doesn't know how to balance this hero. It's either OP as fuck or just completely dogshit.

It's one of those aghs upgrades that "feels" soooo fucking bad when you read the description... that it MUST be really good right? right? xD

The only problem with aghs is when meeting AM, with mana void ready then OD proc the aghs big nuke is coming

You only use meme hammer for like the first 15mins to pressure towers and clear stacks. It also gives you hp regen for laning phase. You're not supposed to use it in the middle of any teamfight. 9:14 Gorp mentioned this

OD passive has a % chance to gain mana back on spell cast. His arcane orb is counted as a spell and the damage is calculated as a percent of his current mana.
