Juni is actually somewhat unique for a head-swap. A grab and command dash, plus her DP and arrow are charge. Honestly she'd be hella nice in a modern game (unlikely but a man can dream). Agree with Juni > Cammy (although I do still love Cammy).
The arcade version of SFA3 has Balrog(Boxer), Juni and Juli as secret characters, also, in the dramatic battle mode , Playing with both Juni and Juli allows you to use their unique special moves on that mode (Juli can charge meter, while Juni can heal herself) also they have unique supers in that mode. The console ports has all the secret characters from arcade, plus the remaining characters from SF2. The psp version includes all previous characters, plus Eagle (SF1) , Yun(SF3), Maki (Final Fight) and Ingrid from Capcom fighing evolution, making it the most complete version.
Got the win...Got The Win....GOT THE " We'll be right back!" Great videos Justin! Appreciate the different flavors of fighters out there to inspire me to play more!
You're thinking of Juni when you think of "Cammy with charge motions". She's also got a pushblock, divekick, command dash, and command grab. Juli doesn't have any of that....yet she's still slightly less bottom tier than Juni without it, go figure. (Not that I know how important tiers are aside from maybe "how easy can they Custom Combo into death?")
I looked up if Juli or Juni was charge, it's Juni, but I also found out that she also has Dan's pushblock in every ism, but get this, she can only do it on the ground in X-ism, and in the air with A/Z-ism and V-ism, presumably because you can't air block in X-ism
Man, i love sf alpha so much and i love that jwong will always rotate between sf alpha (2 and 3), sf 3 (2nd generation and 3rd strike) and all mahvel that is in fightcade. We just need him making content of sf 4, sf x t, and mvc3 when he is going to offline tournament
This new (?) way of commentating is great, it's always helpful to know what a top player is thinking when playing since not many of them know how to do that
Casual take right there. It’s okay though because it’s normal human nature to think the newest version with the most characters/stages etc is the best.
@@chiarosuburekeni9325 Lol, what's that supposed to mean? Alpha 3 is not a casual friendly game, which is why in the country with the most amount of casual players (the US), Alpha 2 is the most popular, this has nothing to do with the big roster/amount of stages for me, I like Alpha 3 for both casual reasons like story and visuals as well as mechanical reasons (Isms, new mechanics like guard meter, etc).
There's a fair amount of people against this idea but even today I think SF should have evolved in the direction to adopt isms/grooves. Just leaving out broken things like custom combos. What I mean is the idea of selectable playing styles overall and not exactly the same isms/grooves of the past. (Same for KOF too, that actually invented the idea and used it before SFA3, i wish nowadays it still had selectable modes like KOF 98, but sadly both games abandoned such a cool idea)
I'm enjoying the videos a lot more recently. The post edits were a little crazy for a while (for my liking - but who really cares) but I believe this is the right balance. Great gameplay as always, and man that's the first good Juli I've ever seen!
Was in Japan in 2005 to visit my best friend and some vacation time. Spent 3 days just playing people at Tekken 5 at the Major Sega arcade that got shut down. Some of the best players I have ever met. By day 2 I was having trouble finding people that would play me. Was told by someone who lived there they don't like losing to Americans (Was a Christie Player). Good Times.
I always liked Juli and Juni. They (and the rest of the dolls) added a lot to the Cammy/Bison story. Also the all-black versions of Cammy's outfit just look cool.
Great sets my boy Justin today in alpha 3 going against juni. Amazing godlike gameplay from the both of u. Always and forever love your streaming and content and your my idol and inspiration of adult lifestyle and gaming. God bless u stay healthy and safe my friend
Juli is available in the PSP version of Alpha 3. That one has pretty much everyone in it. PPSSPP works great if you wanna try that. Works with a stick too.
@@macuser7048 yeap bro PSP version is good, and have a lot of goods, new chars stages and modes, and is the only version that have mah Ingrid ♡ But the community plays most the arcade first version 😁
How do I choose the default costumes in A3? It always gives me a completely different color. Is it based on the ISM you choose or something, I never understood that. 🤔
Once again Bro Justin don’t know about Juli and Juni and maybe Balrog ! Lol ! So funny when Justin find out about something in a game that he has been playing for a long time lol !
Awesome game! I don't remember if Julia was a charge character, 'cause omg the guard meter is so squishy in this game, it seems too hard to be a charge character main
I only played PS1 version of sfa3 but I loved Juli. She had a booty. Loved her win pose. I hated we never saw her again and hated decapre because her design was lazy. Juli shoulda been in SFV but eh. Purple costume Juli was best
A lot americans dont understand that most japanese play SF are old folks graying poppulation and the younger generation not too many interested in SF but then again the ones who keep playing old games like this are good because thats all they play
@@GeoGyf yes I know. This is a rare instance I guess. But either way he commentates like a competition host when it comes to these. And it's just a bit awkward. Again I love jwong, it's just an opinion. Feedback from a fan at that
