I'm from Washington state looking to buy property in Idaho. We are senior citizens. Unlike most seniors we want large land & a triple wide home. I like your videos because you go into most of the things we are looking for in a home. I agree with you on the shelving in the closets except in the pantry and the laundry room. If a box gets turned over & spills it is easier to clean up off the floor than climbing up to reach the shelf. Thanks for your hard work finding these homes for us to view. Fran

I'm from Waycross,Ga. and I've just purchased a home from Wayne Frier and my home is a live oak home,it's a 4 bedroom,2 bath home and it's a 72 footer.

Love this home.I would change cabinets to white and a stand alone tub. And put the handle for the shower to the end you step in to the shower.

I like this one a lot! I currently live in Santiago Sun Canyon Estates Mobile home park in Palm Springs Ca and the one we live in was built in 2016. It’s not nearly as nice as some of these. Hopefully some day we will be able to get one like this as I think it’s so nice to have the options for all the bedrooms and bathrooms like you offer! Thanks for sharing as I really enjoy watching your modular home tours!

Beautiful home! I would probably add even more options! Ha! One thing about outdoor fireplaces - I’ve heard they require extra insurance, but I guess that depends on location. The sinks you like with the overplayed countertop is officially called an “under mount” sink. Great video, Chance!

One thing I would appreciate is going over the different type of skirting you can choose and how much for a average 3bdrm 2 bath home and all those extras one really needs to consider when buying and setting up a mobile/manufactured/modular home.

I've seen this home once or twice before. It is a beautiful home. I love the fireplace on the porch. The closet wasn't very big as the only negative thing I can say about this home. I checked out your merchandise. Unfortunately there is nothing I can afford at this point. I'll wait and see if anything goes on sale. 30

Hey, Chance! I know I'm two days late in watching this but I hope you see this. I have a question before I tell you how much I love this home. Love the bathroom sinks -- do you know if they can be made square? Since I started watching your videos, I've come to love the square sinks but the ones you've shown are raised. I like these because they're so much easier to clean. Also, I have a suggestion. Can you, maybe, talk about the outro after you've shown the master and you're wrapping up? Maybe you could say something like, "Please stay tuned for more information including pricing and how to get this home (ot something like it) in your area, if you're not in Texas." I see (and I'm sure you see) comments constantly asking for the price or is the home available in such-and-such state. My guess is that they are not watching the entire video. I absolutely love the drone shots of the exterior, the bird's eye view and, sometimes, peeks of the interior. These shots add so much to the video! Thank you for all you do for us to give us the best tours available on RU-vid! About the home, I love this model! I wouldn't give up the side porch with the fireplace for a fourth bedroom so I don't know if it would work for us but the home is beautiful! Love the arches ,the layout -- although it is an open floor plan, the kitchen and dining room are "tucked away" by being off to the sides and have walls with arched entries so that makes it better. I love the full-beveled front door with the side glass panels, the kitchen window, the size of the bedrooms (oh my gosh, one of the secondary bedrooms is only a foot shorter than the master 😳). The layout is perfect! Love that half-bath by the side porch -- guests don't have to traipse through the house to use the bathroom 😃! Beautiful home and perfect tour! You do really good work and are very much appreciated. Sorry for my super long comments 🤭. It's really hard to make my remarks brief 🤷‍♀️.

Nice home, but I wasn't enthralled with the master bedroom. I do, however, like the archways.

Where do you find the prices for these? I know they would be a range depending on what interiors you choose, but nice to have a ballpark idea of cost.

I love the home with a couple of exceptions. There definitely needs to be a large pantry to store kitchen items and food. Also, the master closet is really small in comparison to other modular homes I have viewed. Both of these points would have to be considered in the plans before I would buy one, as I grow my own food and do a lot of canning. No space in the kitchen for what I would store for the winter months!

The porches are too small they need to come out triple their size with the overhang of the Gable We need R50 in the floor in the walls and in the ceiling R50 foam barrier We need LED lighting throughout the whole house more light extremely low wattage We need double insulated commercial windows where you cut those windows and have so people cannot Rob and steal and break into your home easy! In the kitchen we need a Jenn-Air for grilling and barbecuing inside the house with a hood over the top of the island We need toilets that are separate from the bathroom shower and clean area so people can use the toilet without affecting the people taking a shower roomier bathrooms one with the three-man steam room with the shower in the steam room big enough for a four-man hot tub or 6 man You need a convection oven and microwave

Disappointed that the outdoor fireplace is not viewed from a den or bedroom.

Nice but Master is small.

So many things to love. Pantry, storage and linen closets roomy common area and a really nice kitchen. Master suite a little underwhelming or maybe that bed was extra large-it looked like hardly any room for a dresser, armoire, etc, and closet not large enough to stash a piece in there. But my two predominant negative feature are the double doors in the living room to the back-precious wall space cut by the doors and-my pet peeve-why do I have to have access to that beautiful outdoor porch with fireplace from the very heart of my kitchen??? Can we swing that porch around to access from the living room French doors? Leave me a little door from kitchen for my bbq porch, maybe, not an entertainment feature. I just don’t understand why they design houses to have traffic pattern flow through the kitchen to other rooms/spaces that need to be accessed on a regular basis. Otherwise it’s beautiful. Thanks Chance.
