Hey Mactics, im a fan of the series and i wanted to share a cool stasis warlock build with 2 exotics that imo are underused, Winterbite and Karnstein Armlets. It will work most seasons but this season gets benefits from artifact. Class and Subclass: Warlock Stasis Exotic weapon: Winterbite Exotic Armour: Karnstein Armlets Rift: Healing Rift Artifact mods: Flint Striker, Torch, Pillar of Ice, Hail The Storm, Dragons Bite. Aspects: Glacial Harvest, Iceflare Bolts Fragments: The mandatory ones are Whisper of Fissures, Chains and Rime. Last one is dealers choice but I personally recommend Hedrons, Refractions, Shards or Bonds. Helmet mods: Hands on, Harmonic Siphon, Heavy ammo finder Arm Mods: Dealers choice, I just use double vigor to increase my stats (prioritise discipline over strength if not 100). Chest mods: Double melee resistance (can swap 1 for another resistence depending on content) Leg mods: Stasis weapon surge and Elemental Charge Bond Mods: Time Dilation and Reaper Other recommendations for loadout. For a kinetic i use the riptide with autoloading vorpal (chill for this build isnt necessary imo) just to help with extra damage at range. Scatter signal is good too, i just prefer riptide for stasis surge etc. For a energy i use calus minitool with incandescent for general ad clear and this season for flint striker. Grenade is dealers choice between coldsnap or Glacier Grenade, cold snap for helping against some enemies and glacier for damage resist with whisper of chains when going for boss enemy damage with winter bite. Gameplay loop: Get an enemy low with any of ur weapons and then do a finisher for restoration x2 with karnsteins, from then on just use normal winterbite melee to keep extending it. Freezing larger enemies with winterbite gives damage resist and spawns shards which give overshield and armour charge. For bosses, healing rift ontop of overshield and restoration should be plenty, but glacier nade damage resist is good too, riptide is also used for dps. Calus minitool can be used to proc radiant whenever wanted for bonus damage with torch. I used this build to solo legend and master nightfalls etc, but i wouldnt take it into a gm cause well, its a glaive build lol. Also, strawberry poptarts on top
I don't think the surge mods stack with damage boosts that come from exotics that give you the permanent damage boost. I think that change went in a few seasons ago when they changed many of the exotics at the same time.
they DO stack with weapons of a different damage type that you can alter using permeability or osmosis though. You can equivalent x7 damage buff with this @@dahSweep
@@dahSweep Something I've noticed though... The Surge Mods still work with non matching Elements. So you could run Revenant with a Stasis Primary & Heavy with a Solar Energy, use a Solar Surge Mod & you'll get the Surge for that Weapon.
@@pirate_duck4985 yea cause with "those" type of buffs i.e. foetracer, path, eternal warrior, i think they are tied to your elemental subclass right? so if you have a stasis weapon with a solar subclass you might get the stasis buff as well cause it is not your current elemental subclass maybe that'll work???
@@pirate_duck4985 I mean, yeah. That could have been drawn from the fact that running kinetic and arc surges will affect warden's law and FiLo at the same time. It's just another surge.
I always use solar foetracer with lament for Crota. The scorch tick from knife trick continues to proc foetracer so just do a knife then sword, then super, then dodge knife then sword, or whatever combo. I’ve never been out-damaged in that encounter.
I have a build! I’m new to Destiny so go easy on me. Lucky Pants, Dual Hand Cannon Face Melter! Malfeasance and Epochal Integration (incandescent) with kinetic holster and 2 kinetic surges to make sure Mal is always ready to go off like an additional super that is ready every 10 seconds. Solar: Healing grenade, knife trick, gamblers dodge and Blade Barrage, torches, singeing, searing, solace and empyrean, knock em down and on your mark. The best part is that both Cannons work with the Lucky Pants mod as long as you keep them loaded. I use two kinetic surges and a kinetic holster for harder content but you can run a solar and kinetic holster to keep both cannons ready to proc the extra damage. Head: Two dynamos, and harmonic targeting Arms: heavy handed, impact induction and kinetic loader (malfeasance is slow to load even with lucky pants) Chest: charged up (for kinetic surge), concussive dampener and a resist Legs: kinetic weapons surge x2, kinetic holster (or kinetic surge and harmonic holster and kinetic holster) Class: powerful attraction, reaper and time dilation so your surge lasts longer Seasonal perks all the solar ones Loop: pop healing grenade, throw knife to go radiant, add clear with Epochal Integration, swap to Malfeasance for champions and chonky enemies, back to EI when you’re “out of luck” to keep the explosions and fun solar stuff happening. Malfeasance will auto reload and you’re ready to blow off another huge chunk of damage as needed. Knife kills will give you full knife charge and gamblers dodge just in case you miss. It’s fun to play! Lots of fire and Malfeasance with Lucky Pants is a strong combo. You need decent aim but focusing on resilience, recovery and discipline and you’ll be healing constantly.
Hey Mactics, thanks for sharing your builds! I felt inspired to share my own Solar Titan Dad Build, complete with loadout, gameplay loop, and drip. - Exotic Armor: Precious Scars - (Exotic) Weapons: Dealer's choice, but Solar exotic primary weapons are recommended - Abilities: Throwing Hammer, all other abilities are dealer's choice - Aspects: Sol Invictus, Roaring Flames - Fragments: Benevolence, Empyrean, Torches, Solace - Helmet Mods: Harmonic Siphon, Heavy Ammo Finder, Heavy Ammo Scout - Arms Mods: Impact Induction, Focusing Strike, Heavy Handed - Chest Mods: Resistance mods depending on the content - Leg Mods: 3x Solar Weapon Surge - Mark Mods: Time Dilation, Reaper Solar weapon kills proc Restoration x1 for you and allies within 15 meters. Damaging an enemy with your Throwing Hammer procs Radiant for you and allies within 8 meters. You can maintain both of these buffs by scoring additional Solar weapon kills, thanks to Ember of Empyrean. If allies also get Restoration or Radiant, Ember of Benevolence procs, granting you an additional 400% ability regeneration rate for 6 seconds. Ember of Solace gives you a little more forgiveness in maintaining your Radiant and Restoration buffs. You can spawn Orbs with Siphon, Heavy Handed, and Reaper. When you pick up an Orb, Solar Weapon Surge procs, granting you a 22% increase to Solar weapon damage in addition to the 25% increase from Radiant. The build is easy to get going and to maintain, making it perfect for the more casual Dad Guardians. It allows you to meaningfully contribute to your fireteam whilst constantly buffing your own effectiveness. It's not spectacular, but it gets the job done. For me, it doesn't hold up that well in higher-tier content, but I'm eager to see what a more skilled Guardian can do with it. Because fashion is the true endgame of Destiny 2 and because it's impossible to find a good drip for Precious Scars, here's my fashion build too: - Helmet: Precious Scars with Bloodmane - Arms: TM-Cogburn Custom Gauntlets with Time-Honored - Chest: Interlaced Plate with Lawful Neutral - Legs: Ancient Apocalypse Greaves with Distant Earth - Mark: Epialos Following Mark with Gambit Leather
BOW DOWN PEASANT!!! (The Queenbreaker Build) Wanted to make a build that has strong utility on a team and abuse the blinding effect in the game. This build uses a forgotten exotic gun that I believe deserves more recognition 😁 Enjoy! Class: Arc Hunter Exotics: The Queenbreaker (Marksman Sights) & Gemini Jester Super: Gathering Storm Class Ability: Gambler's Dodge Jump: Preferred Melee: Combination Blow Grenade: Flashbang Grenade Aspects: Flow State & Lethal Current Fragments: Brilliance, Amplitude, Beacons, & Resistance Kinetic Weapon: Preferred (Disorienting Grenades if you feeling real blindy 😂) Special Weapon: Indebted Kindness w/ Voltshot & Beacon Rounds (its okay if you're missing these perks, build is still usable with the gun) Heavy Weapon: The Queenbreaker Helmet Mods: Harmonic Siphon, Heavy Ammo Finder, Heavy Ammo Scout (or special ammo finder & scout, dealer's choice) Arm Mods: 3x Heavy Handed Chest Mods: Harmonic Reserves Leg Mods: Recuperation, 2x Arc Surge (Can replace one arc surge with Harmonic Scavenger) Class Mods: Reaper & 2x Powerful Attractions (can replace one powerful attraction with Special Finisher) Gameplay Loop: Blind everything! Shadestep blinds nearby enemies, melee kill blinded enemies get shadestep back (also rains orbs of light), repeat. Once amplified, special weapon kills blinds enemies (also rains orbs of light) lol. The Queenbreaker blind group of enemies from afar. Keep in mind jolted enemies get blinded if melee'd 👍🏽 P.S. This build stuns all champions as well. Jolt for overload, blinding for Unstoppables (The Queenbreaker stun them with one shot), and anti barrier sidearm from artifact
I feel like this build actually unintentionally showcases a lot of antisynergy. #1. Foetracer forces you to throw your abilities at high health targets, which your abilities usually won’t kill. Throwing knives are meant to be used on weaker targets in order to be refreshed. #2. Since gunpowder gamble doesn’t proc foetracer and 99% of solar hunters are forced to use healing nades, throwing knives are the only way to proc foetracer, causing it to have pretty low uptime. #3. The only way to counter that low uptime is to add on a surge mod, but then proccing foetracer is only giving you a 15% damage buff. It’s not at all worth wasting an exotic slot for a 15% damage buff when there are so many other good solar hunter exotics. I feel like this build is mainly just benefitting from how strong vex is, but the rest of the build doesn’t really synergize well.
Abyss Defiant could be a good sub for this too. Get a throwing knife kill for x4 surge and big booms on kills from the origin trait. Plus you could run any other exotic you wanted on top of it
I have a warlock build that birar binds Subclass: healing rift, any jump, any grenade but i run vortex Aspects: Feed the Void and child of the old gods Fragments: echo of Causation, undermining, harvest, and starvation Weapons: any weapon works but i like running void weapons Helmet: any shipon that matches your loadout Arms: Bolstering detonation, firepower, and focusing strike Chest: charged up and any resistances you want Legs: stacks on stacks, inervation and insolation Bond: powerful attraction, bomber and utility kickstart
Can you pretty please make more videos on titan builds? Specially the non-meta stuff? Feels like one in every 5 "will it build" videos are dedicated to us crayon munchers ;--:
I really wish Mythoclast charged its linear mode passively by doing damage. I get it would be to close to Revision Zero but the linear mode is kinda situational to use
Hey Mactics, thanks to your series I desided to craft a build 100% on my own for void titan, mostly focusing on overshield spam. Here's what I have so far: The build focuses mostly on the Destabilizing rounds + Repulsor Brace combo Subclass: - Sentinel Aspects: - Bastion, to get overshields with barricades - Controlled Demolition, making enemies volatioes and health on killing volatile enemies Fragments: - Starvation, for devour - Undermining, to weaken W/Grenades - Persistence, longer overshields - Vigilance, more overshields Abilities: - Rally barricade - Sield Throw - Vortex Grenade Weapons: - The main weapon the weapon uses is World of Crota with Repulsor Brace and Destabiliing rounds but maybe other weapons with that combo work as well, I prefer WoC because of Cursed Trall, and with shield throw it procs somewhat frequently - I use Doom petiitoner W/ Reconstruction and Precision Instrument to take advange of Surger Armor (and mods) : - Exotic: Second chance, to weakend with shield throw - Helmet, Harmonic Siphon and heavy finder + scout - Arms: Heavy Handed, Harmonic Loader, Focusing Strike/Bolstering Detonation - Chest, the usal 3 resistance mods - Legs: 3x Void Surges - Class: Bomber, Powerful Attraction, time Dilation Stat Spread: - Focus on resilience and strength, if you have some extra go for discipline Gamplay loop: - Use your melee to weaken, kill with WoC to get overshield, when overshields are depleted use your class ability, grenades when available, rinse and repeat
The CAT for Vex basically gives you Heating up and Rampage together. Vex is really really strong this season. I run it on my lock with Rain of fire boots. Radiant damage and vex kills damage stack plus Air dodge for reloads. Use Riptide with Chill clip and you got all three champs covered. Or no champs use the Scatter with Slice/control burst. Healing nade and the usual fragments to keep Resto up. Great build for pretty much any content in the game.
Hot fudge sundae fresh out of the fridge is by far my favorite. At room temp I'll take brown sugar all day. Heated up in the toaster it's the plain chocolate chip ones. Just depends on the mood for which is best
My favorite is definitely the green apple, it’s a weird pick but it’s really good. The pumpkin pie one is good too, but sadly I cant find either of them anymore.
If Gunpowder Gamble is bugged/doesn’t give the Foetracer buff, I feel like the other aspect On Your Mark would play better with the weapon damage focused build. Nice build though!
My Favorite Pop-Tart flavor is Cookies & Crème, warmed in the toaster and dipped in milk. Love the build videos, they give a fresh feel to the game after 4000 hours :)
Love watching the will it build videos. So cool to see all the different builds! Also for favorite flavor for pop tart, I'm just like you in keeping it simple. Strawberry is my favorite flavor
STRANDMAGEDDON Strand go BOOM This build combines all of the fun of causing massive explosions with your fists and finishers all the while spawning a threadling army and tanking tons of damage while healing yourself. It is super fun and a total ad-clear machine! Stand Titan Severance Enclosure Grapple Grenade Into the Fray Banner of War Thread of Finality Thread of Generation Thread of Warding Thread of Transmutation As for weapons there are a couple of options, but I found the most success this season with THE NAVIGATOR and ZAOULI'S BANE to take advantage of the Radiant Artifact Mod. Helmet - 2X Hands On, Harmonic Siphon Arms - Heavy Handed, Melee Kickstart Chest - Charged Up Legs - Solar/Stand Surge, Absolution, Invigoration Class Item - Distribution, Powerful Attraction, Healthy Finisher Take advantage off all the strand artifact mods! Pretty much just hop in and start punching and finishing away to delete the bad guys.
@mactics Build: I.S.S (I Sh*t Suspensions) Class: Titan Subclass: Strand Nade: Shackle Aspects: Drengr's Lash & Banner of War Fragments: Thread of Mind, Thread of Continuity, Thread of Warding, Thread of Wisdom Exotic Armor: Abeyant Leap Exotic Weapon: Wish-Keeper (Preferred crafted roll: Elastic string, carbon shaft, silkbound slayer, heavy grip) Energy: Weapon of choice for champs Heavy: Strand heavy of choice Mods Helmet: Heavy Ammo Scout & Finder, Harmonic Siphon Gloves: Bolstering Detonation, Focusing Strike, Impact Induction Chest: Resist mods for activity Boots: 2 Strand Surge, Better already or Strand Scavenger Class: Reaper, Time Dilation, Ourreach or bomber. Artifact: Strand mods, but not necessary. Gameplay Loop: Melee kill to start banner of war. Then spam class and grenade to suspend targets, and then pick off suspended targets with Wish-Keeper. Utilize the traps from wish keeper to suspend more targets and stack your charges for your bow. Utilized this build in last weeks GM on the Heist Battleground Moon, and it put in some work. Looking forward to your thoughts.
Will It Bild? Hi Mactics, I have a bild My name is Carlos, I`m from Brazil and my bild is Control and Destroy! Simple Class and Subclass: Warlock Strand Exotic weapon: Mitoclast Vex Exotic Armour: Rain of Fire Rift: Healing Rift Fragments: Thread of Evolution, Thread of Generation, Thread of Propagation and Thread of Wardind. Helmet mods: Solar Siphon or Armonic, Heavy ammo finder Arm Mods: Concentrated strike, heavy hand and fast ball Chest mods: Double melee resistance (can swap 1 for another resistence depending on content) Leg mods: Innervation and Solar Weapon Surge Bond Mods: Time Dilation, Powerful attraction and proximity As a primary weapon I used the Destiny Herald retrostone hand cannon with Osmosis and as a heavy weapon I used Semiotisista with Field Preparation and Explosive Light! I used this build to GM nightfalls, etc
Bruh Mactics tbh, just to be clear.. hear me out.. what i'm tryna say.. gimme a time to explain, listening would help.. i'd like to tell you something.. here i go.. this sounds promising, okay here it is, so basically .. okay, wait no fr.. . . i watch your videos and apply all the builds in game, everytime you post these "WILL IT BUILD" i legit feel like i've learned alot by your channel.. gameplay info and such. Love the content. TBH
Will it Build? Yes it will! Void Lock Exotics - Monte Carlo and Winter’s Guile Aspects - Feed the Void and COTOG (i call him Nate) Fragments - Exchange, Reprisal, Harvest, Vigilance Grenade - Suppressor Rift - Empowering (COTOG survivability when Devour isnt active) Super - Cata-Bomb. (Both may do the same damage over time, but instant damage is better here than hoping the always moving coil bosses will sit still) Minor Issue - Monte Carlo’s melee stab triggers Zero Mods. So building into that wont work. Mods are your choice. Game Plan - Get 5 stacks on monte and activate the bayonet. Get devour. Start your melee killing spree. As long as you trigger the bayonet, it will remain til you die or use it. It loops itself endlessly due to this.
This series is absolute gold. I've learned so much about buildcrafting from this series. You are doing a great service to the D2 community, keep up the great work!
Cherry Infinite Shatterdive Stasis Hunter Exotic Armor: Foetracer Exotic Weapon: Verglas Curve Grenade: Any will work, but I prefer glacier. Duskfield will also work if you choose the touch of winter aspect. Aspects: Shatterdive, grim harvest/touch of winter Fragments: Shards in a necessity, and the rest are up to the player based on playstyle. I like Fissures for increased shatterdive damage, Chains and Hedrons for survivability, and Conduction for the stat boost and melee uptime. Artifact Mod: Anti-barrier sidearm, Hail the Storm, Pillar of ice (this one's not 100% necessary, but does spawn even more stasis crystals) Armor mods: Stasis weapon surge, Impact induction Foe tracer is nice for getting final blows with Verglas Curve to get stasis arrows. ADS on Verglas to build up to 5 stasis crystals, then freeze a whole room, shatterdive, grenade, shatterdive, etc. Resilience first, then Discipline should be focused for max grenades, and in turn max shatterdives. The build can intrinsically handle overload and unstoppable champions. Pair it with a voltshot sidearm in the energy slot for barrier champions and jolt. All 3 champion types under control. I like to use Typhon GL in the heavy slot with Demolitionist and chill clip. Super fun build that has you constantly exploding the arena with stasis crystals. Thank you!
Classic Blue Berry for breakfast. Oreo or Strawberry for dessert Pop-tart. Versatile Pop Tart. (The stack of cards are mineeeeee)........I'v dropped a couple CC for D2 to watch you. Videos are top Notch Mactics!!!
Strand titan build (not meta but so much fun!!!!) Exotics: Heart of inmost light, Travelers chosen Weapons: Strand Rocket launcher and solar sniper Abilities: rally barricade, grapple grenade Aspects: Drengr’s lash, banner of war Fragments: Thread of mind, fury, ascent, generation Armor: Helmet: Dynamo, ashes to assets, hands on Arms: firepower, heavy handed Chest: Arc, solar, void resist Legs: Strand Surge x3 Class item: distribution, reaper Point of this build is to spam as many abilities as possible while having a load of fun!!! Ps: could possibly switch some of the ability generation aspects for orbs of power to give woven mail to make it a little more powerful, but since everything is dying anyways and banner of war is always active the healing was good enough for me
While not Primary weapons, Erianna's Vow and Merciless would probably go hard with this build. Lord of Wolves has some potential, and the Alt Fire on Devil's Ruin should benefit from this too. And those are only Solar weapons. Honestly, there are so many possibilities.
I 100% was going to pick Brown Sugar Cinnamon, but I'd hate to be accused of trying to suck up, so Grape is my runner up. I also would happily pay for the cards, I'm sorry I missed the chance to order them!
Personally, I’ve always enjoyed Frosted Cherry Pop Tarts. However, I’ve always been a fan of eating them frozen. It’s a bit odd, but sticking them in the freezer for a while really seems to enhance the sweetness of the jelly filling.
S’mores Pop Tarts are my favorite. My jaw was broken a while back (no it wasn’t from a fight) and throwing a S’mores Pop Tart into a blender with milk and chocolate ice cream was a regular thing for me since I couldn’t chew. Pop Tart smoothies!
Random thought just hit...i went from being a young dude watching old guys on youtube to...being an old guy watching the young ones play..THAT did not feel good... Anyways these will it build videos are fun.
Since you would like to know, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon has always been a consistent go-to flavor of poptart, however currently I'm rocking the frosted strawberry
So when ur team mate afk’s mid coil, raid, nf, etc chances are there googling something like how strong your weapon catalyst is 🤦🏻♂️ meanwhile ur left emoting @ the rally flag with the other guy that’s dancing or teabagging catapillars or his ran back to the afk’er only to die to spikes 😂
Foetracer doesn’t stack with surge mods I normally use font of focus and enduring with a time dilation solar version is disgusting but the stasis version is even better with a collective action unending tempest or cryo sidearm with a permeability smg and that doomed petitioner with permeability 3 stasis weapons with foetracer 🤤
i could see this build with celestial deadeye instead of foetracer blade barrage. i’m probably not understanding the full benefits of foetracer, but i have a dps build with nighthawk and it’s insane it just lacks the survivability that this one has. could anyone tell me why this would or wouldn’t work?
Cookie dough pop tarts are great, but you said it…simple is best. Brown sugar cinnamon for the win! Loving this series! This is possibly my favorite build thus far
So from what I remember of the patch notes, they’re experimenting with a new class of intrinsic antichampion so decided to buff the linear mode to 3x the original damage for minibosses and up? I think?
I really enjoy lots of flavors of pop tarts but y'know what? I really think the classic strawberry is the best because the more interesting flavors are cheaper and just taste like raw sugar O-o.
The refresh talked about at 26 minutes no longer seems to work. The foetracer buff is 10 seconds and not refreshable. I had to hit a major or above after the 10 seconds is over to get the buff again. Tested with one surge mod and both full and missing one armor charge before grabbing an orb.
It’s either brown sugar and cinnamon or cookies and cream. Btw love the videos and I loved seeing how happy you looked with your Christmas gift it made my day
Mactics. As a fellow brown cinnamon pop tart connoisseur, I have to say it is sad the scrutiny that our kind face sometimes… 😢 but yes that would be the best flavor
oh man, favorite pop-tart flavor has got to be the Frosted Cookies & Cream, but brown sugar cinnamon in the toaster with some coffee is a banger choice!
I use vex on the new dungeon...destroys the taken that drop the totem. Yes i have the catalyst....best of luck to anyone farming it. I was lucky and got mine on my 5th run.
Foetracer gives you tier 4 surge benefits. Using more surges for the same element doesnt work. A lot of people use surges that benefit the other weapons which dont get the buff from foetracer so that way at least 2 of your weapons always have surges active.
i just got the card deck.... then playing with it i realized that it be hard to play some games cuz they use the black and red colors and is a little hard to remember with just shapes
