My mom just died Oct. 16, her name was Nadine. 😭 Her new evil husband hasn't let me see are talk to her for over 5 years. He is going to cremate her. She didn't want that she has her plot by my step-dad paid for and head stone in place. He refuses to put her there. He took everything she had now he said he will burn her and never let us know where she is. Please pray for me I am battling so much ANGER and sadness 🙏

ALL of cuba is currently without power, including parts that usually do. The only functioning parts are hospitals, not even the airports are working(all flights have been canceled, no one can leave)

Guess again. There have been three hurricanes in November in the last decade. Eta (2020) ran across Cuba and Florida from October 31 to November 12. Iota (2020) came along behind it through Central America from November 15-18. Otto (2016) tracked through Central America on November 20-26. The latest on record was 2005 when Tropical Storm Zeta formed on December 20 and lasted until January 6, 2006… It ain’t over until it is over…
This reminds me of the stories my Granfather used to tell of S. FL in the 20's and 30's when a couple of huge storms caught everyone by surprise and killed many of his friends in the Okeechobee area. He was a huge fan of the NWS.
@@petem.3719 the book Their Eyes Were Watching God has a part where a hurricane comes to Belle Glade area, and Lake Okeechobee rises and kills people. The characters see the Seminole people leaving and don't follow suit thinking the storm won't be bad.

Honestly I would not be surprised if it just randomly intensifies because like every hurricane this season has gone from nothing to lie a major hurricane without warning
So, I take it that it is not ideal to be on a cruise ship visiting the Bahamas, Turks, Jamica, Coco Cay Island, etc? Not smart at all with Oscar being around those areas right now.
They're really not forecasting that to happen...but even I will tell you, that we've been hit hard with some surprising Storms before...and Forecasters aren't always right. If this little system DID make it into the Gulf of Mexico, or into the Caribbean Ocean, the Water Temperatures are most definitely warm enough to turn this little guy into a Giant! The central core of Oscar is very, very strong...and all it would need, is plenty of warm, humid air, and practically little to no Wind Shear...and we would have a Monster on our hands! Granted, that's a worst-case scenario...but it's still, at least, a minor possibility.
Why is it every time I hear any weather person say "this isn't going to develop into anything don't worry" literally 2 days after "yup it's now a hurricane and it's getting stronger"..........

I'm sorry to sound dumb. Since Cuba is only 90 miles awayz couldn't someone in the US take a plane and fly there to warn people? If this isn't possible, I didn't know that, which is why I'm asking. I don't how if that is complicated to do.
This is still concerning, Nadine made landfall in Belize yesterday, and Hurricane Oscar is going to make landfall Cuba before it’s goes to the north, and severe weather is still possible in the high plains, central and southern plains
The US is literally the only country supporting sanctions on Cuba, like the typical evil country that it is, I doubt thy would want to give any aid, you can blame the lack of US aid to its own citizens on the love for warmongering our politicians have
If Nadine crosses and becomes a different named tropical storm then turns up and back into the golf of mexico, would it be named a different name than Nadine?
