Rare to see the 5dr’s so built! Usually people get a 3dr SRi/VXR, massive Airtec on the front is always nice let alone a side-exit exhaust😎

245bhp from a z19dth, with a hybrid turbo, R80 fuel pump, 5 bar MAP sensor and 80mm MAF?!?!?! Those figures seam low... My zafira B 1.9 cdti (same engine), is running 284bhp on just a GTB2260, R80 fuel pump, 5 bar MAP sensor, 80mm MAF and a Airtec FMIC..... with the typical EGR, DPF and swirl flap delete. Also upgraded to F40 gearbox too...

Personally if it would be Astra or any z19 I’d go for the 150bhp 120 ain’t that great mate weak engines

@@Dan-Wise the 120 isn’t a weak engine, it’s actually stronger then the 16v. I was running 220bhp 432nm on my 8v (120) with dyno proof! Just replaced the turbo with a bigger hybrid so should be about 250bhp!

Thibk it was stage 1/2 bro for the hybrid the stock wouldn’t handle the torque

@@Dan-Wise I'm asking as mines currently stock running 230bhp, and I'm taking it to 300bhp and wanted to know if it's even possible with a stock clutch! Would you be able to find out what clutch he used? :)
