This is the most fun and metal way to introduce your band members. Another track that showcases how talented this band is, check out "Edge of the World" LIVE : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UZjxMjBop7w.html
Monsters on stage despite their petite size, Asami/vocal at 4' 10" is a Napoleon stage general who commands the venue, the crowd and the band. Haruna/drums at 4' 9" is a beast behind that massive kit she dominates, there are MMA fighters who wished they hit as hard, as fast and as long as she does. The Wolfpack made you a promise that you will be surprised but NEVER disappointed by these musicians and you can bank on that. This band makes Epic songs, Masterpieces and sometimes both but you will never hear a filler or a dud as long as these musicians are together. Tell Mrs Coach that Midori is always a favorite among women who follow this band. She is an amateur body builder, an Amazonian warrior in those heels and the one member of this band I want on my side in a fight.......LOL!!!! Miyako was 4/5 months pregnant when she played guitar, piano, synth and keytar during that concert (Ride for Vengeance). Check out Spellbound LIVE ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qG7hwU_RJnE.html to see just how talented this band is and how they salute 80" arena rock!!!!!
Miyako was pregnant during the Heavy Metal Never Dies show, the one where the crowd can only applaud due to COVID restrictions. This is from the earlier Five of a Kind, their fifth and still my favorite of all of their live releases.
Yes they are pleasing to look at (eye candy), I get a kick out of a Midori's power stance & smile.....The band gives me happy feet............Enjoy your day..........🙂
I will allow myself to play the veteran by saying that I am 72 years old and that during my youth I traveled Europe to see concerts of the best metal bands and I say, without a second hesitation, that these young women form the best group in the history of metal, through their talent, their individual and collective techniques, their versatility, their creativity and also their humility. And they are the best twin guitars because Midori and Miyako are geniuses (like the other 3 members). Finally, I cannot advise you enough to react to another Japanese female group that I consider to be the best after Lovebites: Némophila (Zen, Odissey, Walk, Sugar, Change the world, Zetsubo Billy, Dissension, Raitei, etc... ). You will not be disappointed. And sorry for taking so long.

Usually LoveBites songs have serious lyrics. The authors of "Raise Some Hell" Asami (lead vocals, piano) and Miyako (guitar, piano, keyboards, backing vocals) wrote a fun song so that the audience in the hall could have fun while performing this song: Who is playing?Who's that chick?Shredding on guitar Who is playing?Who's that chick?Heavy noise on bass Who is playing?Who's that chick?Pounding on the drums Who am I?I've got a voice, it's gonna knock you out Blowing up a storm Pick up microphone Ready to depart for the battlefield Ringing in my head Burning in my soul Crazy rock and roll, we're ready to go Let there be sound, be rock, come on now all together It's like a party everybody shout tonight Let there be sound, be rock, come on now we are gonna stay free This is time to rock yeah Make some noise!Raise some hell! ..... If you want a fun continuation of the song "Raise Some Hell" , then I advise you to check out another song also written by Asami and Miyako: 🔥LoveBites - "Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'em Down)" (Live , "Knockin' At Heaven's Gate - Part II", 2023)
Hi Coach, great reaction! In fact many of these Japanese female heavy metal musicians/vocalists are married with children. This is what i like about J-metal: the musicians are always having fun on stage, and despite the crazy intensity of their music, these ladies are graceful, not heavily tattooed at all, no piercings, as well as talk like ordinary people during their interviews. Simply put, they keep things simple, no anger, no agenda, no drama, just good music.
Well, the girls just wanna have some fun. Some people say that these women are angels who came to planet Earth in order to save metal. It’s amazing how versatile, creative and talented these women are. I have this Blue-Ray and I like it so much. This concert (Five of a kind) was in Japan, February 2020; most of the songs are from their album “Electric Pentagram” which is, in my opinion, one of the best metal albums of all time; full of excellent tracks. I have a special edition of this CD that also includes the DVD (Crusaders standing at Wacken) of their successful performance at Wacken Open Air, Germany, 2018. For a different side of them I suggest “Chopin etude + Swan song”, “Empty daydream”, “Edge of the world”, “Epilogue”, “A frozen serenade”, “Spellbound”, “Glory to the world”. All live (“Glory…” has an excellent MV, though) Yes, Miyako was about 4-5 months pregnant in the concert “Heavy metal never dies” (Japan 2021). She is a concert level classical pianist.
All their songs are good, no bad songs, their very least bad song is a good song to other band, that's how good they are!! Love lovebites!!! Love Midori💚💚💚💚💚 Miho💜💜💜💜💜
I've been listening to LOVEBITES daily for the last 3 years or so, and I still struggle to understand Asami. But I view her singing style and imperfect enunciation as a feature, not a bug.
Suggestions? Ok, if you want heavy, speed and trash metal, Check out "Break the wall" , "Set the world on fire", "Hammer of wrath", "Holy war" and "Winds of Transylvania". If you want amazing guitar solos, then "Shadowmaker MV" , "When destinies allign MV", " Signs of Deliverance LIVE" and "Scream for me LIVE". If you want another fun song, watch "Stand and deliver MV". If you want power ballades, watch "Edge of the world". And then, of course, all the others fantastic songs...
The other great crowd participation song is M.D.O. from Knockin at Heavens Gate. The opening song to this concert is awesome. Thunder Vengeance is the name, melting your face is the game!!!!

Thanks for your reaction. You understood correctly about Miyako (brunette with a ponytail). During the performance of the song 'A Frozen Serenade', which you checked, Miyako (guitar) was pregnant. This happened in 2021. In January 2021, the LOVEBITES Tour was scheduled to begin across Japanese cities. Tickets for the concerts were sold out back in 2020, several months before the start of the Tour. But at the beginning of 2021, a new wave of the Covid-19 pandemic began in Japan. The Japanese government declared a state of emergency in the country. LOVEBITES has been forced to cancel and reschedule all dates on this Tour (several times). As a result, the national Tour, which was called the 'Ride For Vengeance Tour', could only be held in March - April 2021. During this Tour, Miyako was already 4-5 months pregnant . The Tour concerts took place in different cities in Japan, the duration of the concerts was TWO hours. 18 songs, most of which were fast and heavy songs. Which require high concentration and excellent technique from musicians. Pregnant Miyako played every concert with full dedication. She played guitar, piano, keyboards, keytar and sang (Miyako is the band's main backing vocalist). She played all the concerts superbly! The only exception that Miyako allowed herself to make (due to pregnancy) was that she went on stage in shoes without high heels. 🤗 Check out LOVEBITES - 'Spellbound' ('Heavy Metal Never Dies' - Live in Tokyo, 2021). You'll see pregnant Miyako having a little "fun" 👍during the concert.. 😂
I love them so much! You should check out some more live performances from them. They're the best of 80s metal meets modern metal. So talented. They've got some ballad type songs and a wide range of things, but this one is a pure crowd raiser. There's no bad Lovebites song.
Great reaction to the best metal band to come along in a generation! fyi, Lovebites will be performing in Atlanta, GA in September and there's rumors of more US dates being added soon! Next recommendation would be any one of: Holy War, We the United, Thunder Vengeance, Swan Song (Chopin intro), Break The Wall, Set The World on Fire, or The Crusade. Thanks for promoting Lovebites and welcome to the Wolfpack! Cheers! 🐺

These ladies do bring the energy for sure! I love seeing them on stage, their sheer joy of playing is absolutely shining through and I got to agree with you Coach, they ARE killing it. This song was really good, hadn't heard this one yet. Loved the crowd-interaction as well, many metal bands tend to forget that part a bit. I think my two favorite Lovebites songs so far are: Holy War (live) - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bgAxpEpEcno.html Rising - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B70JsOpmUGE.html But when we talk about energy on stage, there is an older band that should not be missed: Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark (live) - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6PDMtqejNfs.html
They raise the bar as well as raising Hell. This song in particular reminds me so much of the bands I saw in the 70's and 80's - though without the grimacing and snarling. Asami doesn't speak English as such but she learns all the English words phonetically and then sings them beautifully and powerfully. They are all well-respected maestros on their instruments, as are Band-Maid, which might explain why Lovebites were in the audience at Band-Maid's Yokohama Arena concert, cheering them on. And they were just in the crowd, no special VIP area or anything. I love that Japanese bands, nearly always exceptional artists, all keep their private lives quiet. They have social media accounts for the band and individual members but, unlike all the western stars, they don't feel the need to share their real, non-stage, lives with anyone but friends and family. To be as good as they are and yet so egoless is (along with their continual smiles and joy on stage) something I love about the Japanese music scene. That and the slamming Metal and Rock of the highest quality!
LOVEBITES Miyako was 5 or 6 months pregnant at this show, Spellbound Live Ride for Vengeance Tour 2021 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dizhj6G8BLc.html
Check out (Scream for Me) 14 different solos in this song!!!!! Also, M/V for (When Destinies Align) is another awesome one to react to!!!!! Thank you for reacting!!!!!
Please keep up with more Lovebites, I’ll always watch them. But I’d like to suggest another band. All female band again but from Ukraine called The Sixsters, and the oldest one is 19! They had to leave Ukraine of course due to the war, and now in Germany. Their music is rock punk with many other things mixed in. They sing in English too. I think they are a big up and coming band. They remind me a lot of The Warning. I recommend the song Feels or For Us… For Me…
Hellooo. Any song you hear from this band, you are going to love it. I would recommend all of them. But to suggest a few, "Rising", the official video clip, is spectacular. "Set to the world on fire" is a great song. "Epilogue", one of the metal ballads, most beautiful in history, touch your soul A big hug
@@CoachCastTV "Rising" beautiful Music Video 2018, 720p embedded lyrics: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cqK9sf5OnvY.html "Rising" LIVE 2020, 1080p [cc] lyrics: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6nci8KtXJPk.html The lyrics to this song could not be improved upon, in my opinion. The song played right before "Raise Some Hell" at same concert. 🐺 dreg👁
You ain't fooling me. Mrs. Coach is the hellraiser. She taimed Coach didn't she!!!!! I was told the singer was pregnant in the same concert the other one was. Just what someone said. The singer lived in America for a few years after H.S.
If Asami was pregnant during the Heavy Metal Never Dies show, she was two months or less and not showing at all. I don’t think she was, though. I feel like her birth announcement came well after Miyako’s.
@PaleHorseShabuShabu Thanks, I tried to Google some info and it seems it's possible she was preggers during the concert, but as you said, she wouldn't have been showing. The concert was September 29th, the year before and she made the announcement of the birth the following June 12th. So, depending on how far before she made the announcement, did she give birth would affect how pregnant she might have been. But defintly not showing. Whoever said this must have done the math like I just did to figure it out.
@@boki1693 Sorry for interfering in your conversation. I will clarify . During the 'Ride For Vengeance Tour' of LOVEBITES, which took place in March-April 2021, only Miyako was pregnant (4-5 months). Asami gave birth to her daughter in June 2022, 14 months 🤗after the 'Ride For Vengeance Tour' took place.
@@PaleHorseShabuShabu Miyako was pregnant during the entire 'Ride For Vengeance Tour', which took place in various cities in Japan during March-April 2021. The show (concert) 'Heavy Metal Never Dies' took place on March 26, 2021, in Tokyo. A video of LOVEBITES communicating with his Team, which is also on the 'Heavy Metal Never Dies' DVD/Blu-ray, took place after the concert in Osaka on April 4, 2021.
"Almost" as Floor, "floorgasm". Only ASAMI is "The One and Only voice". EPICA is better then NW, although some say floor and Simone Simons are friends, because they are from Nederland. Tarja is better then "floorgasm".
