Great video. It inspired me to make my own version of this kit. I added some extra things. Some charcoal capsules for diarrhea, some denture cleansing fizzy tabs for cleaning bottles and bladders, a bottle brush, some electrolyte drink pixies and salt pills, a funnel and a sock for a prefiter, and a H20 global device which you talked about in your other video. I used the compressed towels from dollar tree.

Love the idea of this kit, just wish they weren't charging outlandish markups for it. I will build these myself, should run around $7 rather than the $24USD + shipping they want for theirs. I can appreciate what they are doing for the market though, it's smart and well done. It fills a gap so they should make decent margins on a kit like this. If it were closer to a reasonable markup for the contents, I'd order bunches of thdm, but not with the price being that high.

Amazing video!!! I've always wondered about how to clean the water transfer area, such as the mouth of the bottle etc. This kit is a game changer, even better is the knowledge that comes from the items in the kit and how to use them. You mentioned several times that you learned some serious knowledge about water and hydration at TUSQ, and I've been on the edge of my seat to learn all about it. Amazing kit I would add only 1 item and that is a strong plastic bag preferably sealable. Because I Think the Moment I need to use that kit things are not going the way they are supposed to be and there for I want to carry as much water as possible

Smart idea, very handy. I keep a few coffee filters with a strong rubber band alcohol and handy wipes Etc. But the problem is they are all in different parts of my kit. This would solve the problem in the nice convenient small package. I'm in Canada I don't know if they have them here I'm going to check.

Interesting but $33 for one which means 10 tablets. I'd rather spend $13-$20 for 30-50 tablets (two options in my area) and add the rest as needed. If you buy 10 you get a better price but your tabs would expire pretty much at the same time.

Nice kits, but outdoorsmen and women should already have everything in those kits. Pre-made kits like those (and basic first aid kits) are good for beginners. Those water activated towels are great for cleaning up.

This is a great kid I work in field services for an atom litical laboratory doing water sampling and what you're saying right there with those alcohol swabs his life-saving absolutely, when I go out there and say do testing and sampling for a coliform which is fecal matter and whatnot in the water for drinking water we literally pulled a Sprouts apart pull the little strainer off and spray a liberal amount of rubbing alcohol in their let it run for 15 minutes spray it again after we stopped running again and then we take our sample there's that much crap that can easily be hidden in there so those pads are great but for larger purposes a little small rubbing alcohol bottle just a spray-on would be perfect I know this kid is meant for being small this is great but if you get a little larger get your building get some get some rubbing alcohol for that damn thing LOL

$25 for $3 worth of actually useful items. For the same investment, you can buy the water treatment tabs in bulk. The rest is such trash, I’m surprised it doesn’t say “Adventure Medical Kits” on the front. You should have the other capabilities already covered by other gear. He would have been better off including a pair of nitrile gloves than all this other bullshit. You guys must be drinking kool-aid at DARC. I’ll give credit where due; CANA has great ideas, and does bring awareness to the importance of water security. They then needlessly drive up the cost with extraneous features and other nonsense. The AR-1 pump being the prime example. It costs twice what it should based on the components, has no on-board power source without buying a bunch of extra crap, and is grossly over-engineered. There was already better turn-key solutions on the market from power tool companies that were actually designed to move bulk liquid rapidly… not a repurposed RV/sailboat pump.

I didn’t have to enlist in the chair force to learn wilderness survival. I’ve worn out more gear than you’ve probably ever owned. But by all means, keep making ad hominems because your sacred cow got slaughtered. Every time one of these larper shills gets triggered, it tells me exactly how right I am.
