Fun Fact about the role of Eunice. Originally is was a much smaller part, but when she delivered the "I'm going to be the best lab partner you've ever had" line, the director told the writers to find more places to add her to the script.

i love how to this day, channing tatum credits amanda bynes for his career, cuz she was the one who wanted him to play the lead and it was his first big role along with step up that year, and I just think its sweet

This movie is fun, but knowing how badly it hurt Amanda Bynes makes it hard to look back on. (If you didn’t know, she felt bad body dysmorphia and quit acting around this time. She had been judged on her appearance by adults ever since her Nick days + dressed like a boy here where her same age colleagues were staring in non comedy films where they were pretty, mature women. She became obsessed with her appearance & was convinced she was ugly).

i love how much you enjoyed this. this is what these movies of this era (john tucker must die, how to lose a guy in 10 days, etc.) were meant to be. they didn't go into it taking themselves seriously. it's supposed to be fun and enjoyable. too often people call these movies cringe and act like they're black marks on the history of film or something. i saw a reactor i love put this one up in a poll and it got torn to shreds by people trying to sound edgy. sometimes movies can just be fun and lighthearted and i'm glad you went into this one knowing that and able to just enjoy it.

Uhh the preppy guy he actually hit him for real by accident. *Also I didn't realize until like last year but apparently Paul ends up with the third guy in Duke's group. Every time I think about the movie She's the man I remember automatically the movie Sydney White (also with Amanda Bynes), but I think the correlation happens mostly because in my mother language (Portuguese) the movies are called She's the man and She and the men, haha But anyways, Sydney White is also a lot of fun, a lot like She's the man, I'm sure you'd like it

I have always loved this movie! I like everyone else's recommendations, one I would add would be 17 Again with Zac Efron. If you want another YA series similar to the Hunger Games I would also recommend The Maze Runner movies (read the books too!!)

In high school we had a girl in the boys (American) football team. She was my friends sister and honestly I don’t remember it being a big deal or there being any trouble with the team or the sport. Our team also won a bunch of regional and state competitions while she was on the team. Also we had powder puff football where girls played football (albeit flag football) while boys were the cheerleaders.
