So the first episode is just a reference to what happened in the end of multiverse of madness & Wanda vision. Hence the iconic Agatha wink when asked if she’s really dead. Not showing her face. And Rio saying she’s “gone” not dead or answering how she died so I wouldn’t get too upset about it.

witches can be male too. warlocks and wizards do different stuff and even they are not alike. there can be male witches and I'm pretty sure wandas son identifies as a witch in the comics
Agatha Harkness has her own stories in the comics. Some linked to The Scarlett Witch some to other characters like the Fantastic Four. I think what MCU viewers are not prepared for in the world of comics is that sure they all link together in some way but in other ways they don't. In todays viewing we want things to link and they do but it does not have to be so neat. This is like Werewolf by Night or the What If series. Its just another story and just have fun with it. Oh and Wanda is dead but this is comics. Dead isn't really dead. Bucky was dead from the 1960s until the 2000s. It all depends on what the writers want to do. MCU is a little weird because these actors cannot be around forever but the characters will live on and do other stories.
My first impression at the beginning was Agatha pretending to be a police officer and getting along but free of Wanda's spells.. but I was wrong. This show is so gooood!!
I do like how this show answers the question from Wandavision: what would happen if S.W.O.R.D. did kill Wanda while the hex was still happening. It seems now from this shows, everyone would've just been stuck in the hex forever unless someone like Agatha could individually free each one and help them "claw their way out". Agatha is a witch and she was stuck until Rio and the teen named Toto helped her be freed

I also see Agatha as more of an anti hero than villian here so I think that possibly Rio could ultimately be the villain by the end & it will be Agatha who will have this sort of redemptive character arc like Negan from the Walking Dead did.
Everyone you mean the one two people that know the actual lore of Wiccan. How would that be a twist. The show is making Nicholas Scratch the red herring for the casual audience that no idea who Wiccan and his origins is.

The rumor is she didn't die but meets cthon, writer of the darkhold in some different dimension which is why in multiverse of madness we see a red poof when the building is crushed. In the comics cthon snd wanda are very crucial to each other with her absorbing him snd kinda being his avatar like how Mark/Steven is Khonshu's avatar

I agree. I don't think our Wanda is died. I think it's a tease because why would they say in Wandavision she's a prophesized threat to the multiverse, then make an Agatha show, a vision solo show, and in the comics Wanda's other bf Wonder man show. Sneaky marvel, I'm on to them lol
My theory is Wanda is alive. No one in the show has definitively said that Scarlet Witch is “dead” they all say she’s “gone”. My theory is Wanda teleported to the witch’s road
Witches are witches. They're not distinguished by gender in Marvel. If Teen is Billy/Wiccan, he would refer to himself as a witch. People refer to him as the mage, witch, or witch boy. Wolverine refers to him as Wanda Junior. During the first run of Young Avengers, he erroneously referred to himself as a Warlock. He corrected this later because Warlock meant oathbreaker and it's not a nice word to be called.

The word witch is usually associated with women but a person can be a witch regardless of gender, so "teen" is also a witch. If you practice witchcraft, you are a witch.

I was really excited by the time I got to watch it so I don’t think that’s me being a hypocrite at all. I think that is Billy and I don’t think that’s Agatha’s son And Agatha is truly a villain she killed all those witches back in the day to retain their power . Even the witches in the episode where she was trying to do
