@@sassuki the difference is construction is a dangerous job not just for yourself but your coworkers, it only takes one person doing something stupid for things to get bad for everyone. You can relax and joke around on break or off the clock not while working with dangerous equipment
@@tristancallahan8189 if you have to wait for the break to have fun, it is not fun anymore. And then there is equipment and equipment! Nobody said having fun means playing dangerous games! A minimum of common sense please! We are not in Germany here

Common boss, playing tic-tac-toe with construction machinery is good for overall moral in the job site. I was working on a gas storage facility, the foreman was an asshole, but the head of construction, replaced him. Work productivity improved by at least half.
