I really like this, you are clearly skilled on flag, but you should move more. It makes it more exciting if you are present on the floor, meaning you should walk, leap, run, flutter, etc and use your space! Also, I LOVE that flag!

I just started on my school's color guard team this year and I am absolutely loving it. It was actually this video that had inspired me to pick up rifle after the season ended. I would love to see a tutorial on the rifle part of the vide

Can u plz teach me this last year I got cut but thay desperatele needed be so I had to march with no fiag to spin and I need to make sure that that doesn't happen again and this year I am determined to get a solo and last year the uniform dident even fit over my hand😭😭
