Joanna, I really liked this video. It was nice to see sort of how your thought process worked to mentally organize then make the plan. I think that many people (myself included) struggle with those steps. And it's kind of nice to know you are human. Lol. We usually only see the finished result of your organization. But it's helpful to know/see that it is something that takes consious effort for everyone (including YOU) even though you are really good at it already. And Ash did a superb job as a sounding board/partner/coach helping you to find your own direction. You compliment each other so well. I will go down with this ship. Jash 4 Life!

Ugh I love you guys so much. Thank you for including this, I’ve been doing an adult class on a Wednesday (today yay) and I’ve got 1hr and a half to cram as much in as possible so I struggle to know what to do - plus I’m not quite sure how to even start at some things (it’s not a super structured session) I’ve replayed all the backflip videos in my head whilst trying to learn how to backflip into the pit 🤣 maybe more training videos and technique drills could be in the vlogmass? I would really love that 🤓✊🏼

The pronunciation of mauve depends entirely upon where you’re from. In the US, we pronounce it “maw-ve”. Some say potato, some say po-tat-oh. Be proud of your roots & keep smashing it, Jay!

To improve your cardio, and work your tumbles, and your handstnds, combine the 3, less time in-between tumbles, even if you have to do the basic tumbles, then add a 1 minute handstand against the wall straight after to Finnish!

Just had the mauve pronunciation debate at work also! I say it how you do and my coworker says it like Sami. I am from US and she is from Canada.

I went to international school abroad and school in Kent and 100% say mauve like Sammie!

I’m from Leeds and I say mauve like Sam, but I think it is just preference no right or wrong. You seemed really tense discussing the paint, hope you are doing ok.
